With polished floorboards in the living areas, the unit has a large galley kitchen and open plan dining/living space with a sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity to four people. It’s close to Goulburn’s Town Centre and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes, Goulburn train station and Goulburn Courts.

Enter this newly renovated unit into a foyer space and to the right, you’ll find an open plan living/ kitchen area with polished floorboards throughout. The kitchen has a big island bench-top and stools, four-burner gas cooktop, under bench oven and family-sized fridge. It flows through to the living space which has beautiful authentic period features harking back to its original Edwardian architecture, mixed with modern touches.
A large flatscreen TV hangs above a fireplace with a gas heater built into it, while the two-seater sofa converts into a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to four people if required. In the roomy bedroom, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, occasional chair and wardrobes with plenty of room for extended stays.
The bedroom has a view of the front porch and an extended stepped front lawn. Back in the foyer, to the left, you’ll find a good-sized bathroom with a modern frameless glass shower recess and heat lamp for the colder months. A European-style laundry has a washing machine/dryer combined.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: A Townhouse in Goulburn self-catering furnished accommodation.
Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Rental payments ongoing are 14 days in advance of stay. Balance of the initial rental amount is due 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation by client more than 90 days before booking date: full refund.
Deposit/payments may be non-refundable if less than 90 days before.
Number of Guests/visitors should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Each extra guest $180/week. A total maximum of 5 guests allowed.
No smoking is allowable in the townhouse. Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges will be imposed if guests are found to be smoking at the premises.
The townhouse is only for the use of guests on the booking. Large Parties, Functions, Engagements, Weddings and Receptions are strictly prohibited. The townhouse is for domestic use only. Accordingly large parties/functions/weddings/receptions are illegal and an annoyance to neighbours etc. Breach may result in loss of your bond and additional payments and council fines.
Any damage, breakages, theft and loss identified during the stay or on check-out are the guest’s responsibility this includes anything obstructive or damaging put down the sinks, toilets or drain holes; also guest’s must ensure that nothing is done during the stay that may prejudice any insurance policy or warranty or increase the premium payable under any insurance policy held by the owner. Charges may be imposed for costs, repair or replacement of any such items.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am to allow time to prepare property for next guests. All keys are to be left on the table in the townhouse on check-out. Please ensure the townhouse is locked as you leave.
All rubbish and garbage needs to removed from the townhouse by disposing it in the garbage bins provided. Ensure that these bins are placed out for garbage collection on the appropriate days and also bins returned. Additional charges will apply if excess rubbish is not removed.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Included: Beds required made up with fitted and flat sheets, pillows and slips/covers, bath towels, blankets, doonas, doona covers, bath mats, kitchen towels and detergents: these are all provided. Also a standard exit clean after checkout is included. Extra cleaning above the usual standard amount if required: $45/hour. All beds used must have two sheets and pillows must have slips/covers. Beach towels are not provided.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances in or on the property.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for tenant's/guest's personal property.
Guests agree to occupy the townhouse premises and use its contents at their own risk and hereby release, to the fullest extent permitted under the law, the owner and reservations manager and agents from any claims arising in connection with the apartment, the premises or surrounding grounds or contents. The guest is to indemnify the Owner and agents against any claims made by any other person or entity in relation to the booking period .
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to extreme unforeseen circumstances.
The Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout subject to these terms and conditions being met.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner/reservations in writing.

This old cottage is being renovated using traditional techniques. Your room and the shared bathroom are completed, parts of the house are still under renovation and the landscaping is still in progress.

The space
It's a small 2BR cottage with a small laundry wing and a large back - quite wild - garden. Entry through the main door, and the guest room is at the end of the hallway.
Everything you need is in your room, including herbal teas. There's unlimited fast NBN, you're welcome to stream anything on your own device. There's a tv with chromecast in the room. There's a microwave in the kitchen, popcorn machine and milk frother if you want hot chocolate. You're welcome to put things in the fridge, and DIY cooking by arrangement. It's a shared bathroom with myself
If you are bringing a pet, please know the yard is not secure, so they will have to be walked on a leash outside. Indoors, I remove the rugs in the room if there are pets, and the room is cleaned completely to remove any pet hairs. The original timber floors make it easy to do this . There is a medium-sized dog stretcher, food and water bowls available. Please let me know in advance if you'd like these put into your room There is a standard pet fee to cover extra cleaning and incidentals.

Built in 1896 and fully renovated in 2022, All Saints is finished with an eye to detail and luxury. It is a cosy, light-filled haven boasting original features and modern amenities.
The space
All Saints is an Edwardian cottage on Bourke Street in central, historic Goulburn. It has two main rooms (bedroom and living room) plus a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has been entirely renovated to create a cosy and comfortable yet elegant space. Guests will enjoy the original features including pressed tin ceilings, fireplaces and tessellated tiles seamlessly integrated with the clean and modern kitchen and bathroom.
Goulburn can be chilly in winter so the cottage has reverse cycle heating, an additional heater in the bathroom, extra blankets and electric blanket on the bed, and cosy throws for curling up on the couch to read a book or watch TV.
The cottage is ideally located, a two minute walk from Goulburn's main street which is home to plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes. We have left a folder in the cottage which makes a number of suggestions for great eating places all located just a short stroll away.

Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by.
