Set on 1 acre, Orana House is a spacious and homely South Coast accommodation offering, beautifully decorated and well equipped for small groups, families or wedding stays.

The property is conveniently located opposite Cambewarra Estate Winery, and provides a convenient base to explore the Berry/Kangaroo Valley/Nowra areas of the Shoalhaven.

KEY FEATURES

Each of the six comfortable bedrooms has a queen sized bed and there are four bathrooms (two of which are en-suites for the two master bedrooms). There is a spa bath in one of the master en-suites and bath tub in the main bathroom.

Quality Logan and Mason bed linen and Sheridan bath towels are supplied. In the warmer months guests are requested to bring their own pool/beach towels as these not provided.

The large undercover outdoor deck overlooking the pool is the perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining under the festoon lighting or relax with a glass of wine on the outdoor lounge.

The entertainer's kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction cooktop (four elements), electric oven and dishwasher. There is also an outdoor hooded BBQ with temperature gauge.

The dining room overlooking the front garden and fountain features a long rustic wooden table with velvet dining chairs seating 12 guests.

During the warmer months guests can enjoy the fully fenced pool with sun lounges (note the pool is not heated and is covered between May and mid September).

During the winter, there is nothing more relaxing than sitting by the open fireplace in the sunken Lounge room, and for the more adventurous there is also an outdoor fire pit.

Cambewarra Estate Winery is directly opposite the property, offering lunch, high tea and wine tastings FRI-SUN.

We provide a portacot, family friendly dinnerware and a high chair to cater for young families, and there is plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 guests (total including adults and children).

There is also a full laundry with washing machine and dryer available for guest use.

Pets/animals are not permitted, no exceptions.

WEDDINGS, PARTIES, EVENTS, EXCESSIVE NOISE, ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED
This is not a party house nor is it suitable for noisy groups. We are located in a semi-rural residential community where noise travels and guest consideration with regard to noise is expected throughout your stay during the day and night.

Any excessive noise or amplified music will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave immediately and all bond money forfeited.

Weddings or events of any kind are not permitted and we do not hold council approval for these activities. This includes pre/post wedding events or gatherings.

Our maximum occupancy onsite at any time is 12 guests (total including adults and children) - bringing additional guests onto the property is a breach of our house rules.

landscape it offers picturesque scenery along its banks, also activities like; kayaking, walking,
rock climbing and boating adventures. This home is nestled right alongside the banks of the river
and boast some of this beautiful scenery. Timber Barn is a private residence on a large property,
the perfect location for a quiet couple’s retreat. Please be mindful that you are sharing the
property with a permanent residence, so some areas are shared areas such as the driveway and
access to the river. There are also some animals in residence so if you’re after a farm stay in a
stylish private barn to unplug, unwind or explore the South Coast this is the perfect
accommodation for you.

Getting Around:
There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the
many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is
recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven including to
access the property and accommodation. There is limited access to public transport
in the area and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some other options to get
around may include, Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire.

The space
It is a small studio which is comfortable and an ideal place for hospital work placements. We are 10 minute drive to the Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital and 5 minute drive to Nowra Private Hospital. We are a 10 minute walk to The Ex Servicemans club. 5 minute drive to Nowra central and a 15 minute to 30mins drive to a number of popular destinations in Jervis Bay. Hyams Beach,Culburra,Greenwell Point, Callala Bay are just some of the places you can visit. Pelican Rocks Seafood and Cafe is located in Greenwell Point and has won many awards for the best Fish and Chips in the state. Ask me and I might take you fishing to some of my secret fishing places. Weather permitting of course. Weekends Only.

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. We now accept friendly well mannered dogs for a fee and by negotiation only.

The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

The space
There is no bathroom inside The Little House. Please review photos before booking. The private exterior bathroom for guests is at the back of the main house and has a direct walkway, entry and locked internal doors to ensure complete privacy.
There are bunker lights for safety at night.
The bathroom features an original cast iron bath with an overhead shower, toilet and washing machine. The bed is queen size.
There is no kitchen in The Little House however a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dinnerware is provided. Running water is available in the bathroom.

Come and stay in our beautiful private home on the South Coast! Nestled at the end of the street and with only one neighbour, our home is surrounded by reserve, a complete oasis.
We are only 15 mins to Berry,
centrally located, smack bang in-between Gerringong and Culburra/Callala. And 30 mins to the white sands of Jervis Bay, and the picturesque Huskisson, with Booderee National Park. And 20 mins to Kangaroo Valley.

Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generous backyard, for your fur baby.

Bedroom 1, is the master. With a king size bed and ensuite, looking out the picture window to the tree lined backyard.

Bedroom 2, is set as a kids bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is a play room, but can easily be converted to a bedroom upon request.

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining living room, which flows onto a study, with another large picture window to the backyard.

The backyard is a multilayer space, with a large deck, bbq space and inbuilt trampoline, with plenty of grass space to run around.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Relax into your 2 bedroom tiny house, located on 40 acres in Bangalee, on the South Coast of NSW. With abundant wildlife, a 15min drive will take you to Kangaroo Valley, or Berry or the beaches of Huskisson. Or if it is vineyards that you prefer, stop in at the Cambewarra Estate to enjoy wine tasting or high tea. You will not run short of things to see and do, but if you prefer, just soak up the sunshine in a hammock on the deck.

The space
Our Tiny house has 2 loft bedrooms, the main with a staircase and the second bedroom with a ladder that delighted our daughter. The lounge area opens up onto a large deck space with BBQ, outdoor seating and up to 2 hammocks can be available. We have a full kitchen and bathroom, with a composting toilet. If you drive an electric vehicle, you can charge your car overnight via the powerpoint in the carpark.

Our tiny home has its own private entrance and sits on 40 acres of bushland. Our guests are welcome to take private bushwalks. Or enjoy the wildlife from the deck, we have wallabies, echidna, wombats and black cockatoos amongst a wealth of native birds

Please note, our tiny home has a composting toilet. It is super simple to use and great for our environment.

The Dairy is a recently converted old milking dairy snuggled in the heart of Cambewarra Estate Winery. It has been transformed and redesigned into a cozy 2 bedroom, comfortable retreat with vintage features that pay homage to its previous life. It is perfect for a romantic escape, a family get away or a girls weekend adventure. The Dairy sleeps 2 to 4 guests. Main bedroom access is through the twin single room. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests.

The space
In the master suite sits a queen bed with custom built pink bedhead, surrounded by farm style cladding and original dairy floors, it has a large ceiling fan and an external door leading out on to the tennis court (and occasional duck meeting).

The second space has two single beds in what used to be the milking area, complete with original features. This room is closed off from the main bedroom and opens straight into the lounge room. There is no door separating the second bedroom and lounge room.
The large lounge room has a vintage couch, a huge corner bench seat which doubles as a breakfast bar, a kitchenette including a SMEG fridge, microwave and sink. The bathroom is a quaint space, with large shower and vintage touches.

Guest access
The entire Diary is yours to enjoy as well we encourage all of our guests to wander the vineyard, have a hit of tennis on our tennis court and visit the cellar door and restaurant (open Fri/Sat/ Sun).

Other things to note
Our Restaurant is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch, high tea, #VIPHIGHTEA wine flights and cheese platters, please reserve a table in advance.
