Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Upper level has master with ensuite. Air con on middle level is efficient but the one in master isn’t the best may just need a service. Lower level stays cool and gets a nice sea breeze. I can’t fault this place it was perfect for our family holiday including our furry member. My only gripe is it needs a good dusting around the windows and under the beds. Would definitely stay again. Thanks"

The Neighborhood:
Terrigal Beach is one of the best known beaches on the Central Coast and is located 800m or a 7 minute walk from The Retro Retreat. The cosmopolitan town center is home to fabulous restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, shops and a mini supermarket. The patrolled beach offers safe swimming all year round and has a small ocean rock pool tucked into the cliff at the southern end. Also at the southern end of Terrigal Beach is Terrigal Haven, a protected boat harbour with boat ramp, fishing charters, scuba diving and snorkelling, picnic and barbecue facilities.

The space
This is a compact Studio with good storage, great natural light, indoor table and chairs for 2 people, a kitchenette with bar fridge, dishwasher, coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, a TV on the wall, a large outdoor balcony with ocean glimpses and seating for 6, clamshell outdoor double lounge and, most importantly, an easy walk to the Beach and all of Terrigal's entertainment and food. Beach is very safe and patrolled from 9am - 6pm.

Once up the stairs, your Studio is accessed along the balcony of my apartment through the far gate, past my front door. So the access balcony is common space. Once in your area, it is completely private with no interaction with my apartment.

You have a big outdoor table......and 25m2 of personal balcony with BBQ and clamshell day bed.

The second bed option is a sofa bed. The design is made up from an oversized arm chair that pulls out to a king single sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed please inform us on booking so we can set it up for your stay and have linen organised.

The space
Our street is very quiet, so our self contained accommodation is a great place to unwind and relax, but close enough to Terrigal beach and cafes.

Access is via a pathway down the side of the main house to a covered outdoor area facing north. The yard is fully fenced and contains a veggie patch as well as a passionfruit vine. The carpeted bedroom is separate from the bathroom and living area (tiled). Carparking is on the street.

The space
The studio is so cute, private, peaceful and open. Perfect for a romantic getaway, reading, yoga and relaxing. Your very own backyard with glimpses of the lake and only a short 12-17 min walk to beach, lake and town. When the swell is up you can listen to the waves at night as you fall asleep.

The space is very private the ceiling is slightly lower then the normal 2.4m it is around 2.1m and around 1.85 in kitchen. The studio has Nbn wifi as well as a smart tv with netflix, stan and games.

The space is around 45sm with a small kitchen, larger bathroom which goes out into a big deck and backyard. 1 queen bed with 1 ottoman that folds out into a single.

We live upstairs so we are here to help you with anything you need as well as give you your space to just enjoy the setting and all the things terrigal has to offer.

The apartment is brand new throughout, perfect for a stylish and relaxing getaway.

The space
The living room and bedroom are quite large for an apartment so there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. There's a kitchenette so you can prepare simple meals or you can go into Terrigal or one of the other adjoining suburbs to sample the huge range of food options available.
The apartment has its own entry and is completely private. Our house is upstairs so occasionally there may be footsteps or background noise from upstairs or the general neighbourhood, though its usually very quiet.

Guest access
There is street parking, usually directly in front of the apartment. There are some stairs and a short driveway to walk up from the street parking. This is not too strenuous but means that the apartment is not wheelchair friendly.
If you drive into Terrigal it's only a two minute drive and there is street parking and a free multi-storey carpark as well. Walking is always a nice option and there are taxis and Ubers too.

Other things to note
The apartment has a Kitchenette but not a full kitchen. There is a toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, sink and microwave but no stove or oven.
There’s also a drawer in the kitchen with a deck of cards and some board games for guests to use
