The piano room on the second floor of the loft is a great choice for someone traveling solo or two. When you connect your headphones to the piano, you can call 24 hours a day. The loft is located in the building of the administration of the Dalgis Factory at the 19th-20th century. It now belongs to the artist family, so it's full of artwork and music. Every morning, a full breakfast is served at a common table, allowing you to get to know Lithuanian food traditions and communication culture closer.

Guests are welcome in a loft located in a refurbished historic Dalgiai factory. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, this Dalga factory was the largest in the world, and it was made by a part known as the “litovka”, highly appreciated for its quality. The loft belongs to the artist family, who have taken care to preserve the valuable features of the building and turn them into unique interior features. The space is decorated with large-format contemporary artwork and industrial design elements.

The space
This fully equipped family home is located 10 minutes walk to the Gates of Dawn, which is the main entrance to the historic old town. It is a perfect base for exploring touristic sites and local cafes and restaurants.

You will be able to enjoy a huge terrace!

The big windows in the living room area, combined with the plywood ceiling and net that hangs in the middle of the space, creates a spacious and impressive feeling.
There is a ladder from whom you can access both - the attic sleeping room with a queen-size bed and the net, which is great to chill and read a book or for the kids to crawl. Please note that due to a low ceiling it's impossible to stand in the attic. This area is dedicated for chilling and sleeping.

The living room combines the kitchen and the dining table that is comfortable for having dinner for up to 6 persons.

The kitchen is equipped to make breakfast or dinner and includes an induction stove, kettle, fridge, and a coffee machine. There are several sizes of pots and one pan.

In the sleeping room, there is a queen-size bed and two single beds. There is a smart-TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth player to enjoy the evenings watching one of many international movies or series and listening to your own favourite music. A few smaller shelves and a clothing rack are here for your luggage and clothes.

In between the sleeping room and the living room, you have the hallway where you can find the washing machine and storage. Through the hall, you access the bathroom. Both the hallway and the bathroom have programmable floor heating, which is turned on during cold months.

The apartment is also a great place for remote work with very fast Wi-Fi.

In case you are travelling with a baby or a toddler up to 3 years old, I could prepare a baby crib and provide you with a baby chair and many other children amenities. Just let me know in advance what you would need during your stay.
