The apartment is situated in Užupis district. It‘s a historic and unique place. All places of interest are within walking distance, they are reachable in 15-20 minutes. Nearby you will also find cafes, boutiques, small shops, a supermarket and the Bernardine Garden, the greenest oasis in the heart of the city.

With a double bed (160 cm), a sofa bed and a single folding mattress the apartment can accommodate 5 people. For those arriving with a baby / small children we provide a folding kids bed.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a big dinner table, a widescreen TV (local TV channels), a heating stove and other things for free time activities and entertainment. In the cold season, you can adjust the heating temperature by yourself.

In the kitchen cabinets and drawers you will find tableware for serving and eating meals and all the tools and utensils you need for cooking. Also you can find a capsule coffee maker and a toaster. We serve coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil.
In the bathroom on the first floor you will find towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, body wash and shampoo. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and a steam iron.

Another zone / area on the first floor is for relaxation with lots of books, paintings and stylish photographs. What we are proud of is a vintage desk from XIX century. The third zone on the first floor is the bedroom with a double bed, bed linen and an extensive wardrobe.

Please, make use of the guidebook in three languages: Lithuanian, English and Russian where you are given a detailed description of the apartment, the place of the kitchen gadgets and their manuals. You will also find the maps of the nearest shops, cafes, pharmacies.

The space
This is new modern apartment built in 2016 with all necessities you need. The place is very bright and spacious (55 square meters). The flat has a well equipped kitchen so you are welcome to cook while you are staying here (oven is currently out of order but there is 4 part electric stove).

In the summertime, you can enjoy fresh air and chill in the balcony.

Once you get the apartment you are welcome to use all rooms that are in the flat.

You can use all facilities in the kitchen (dishes, pots and so on), I will leave you some tea for the beginning of your stay, but will ask you not to use the food that is in the fridge or cupboards unless otherwise stated. Please note, the oven is currently not working.

I ask you not go though my personal things that are left in the wardrobes in the bedroom (i'll leave more than enough empty space for your own things :) and corridor. I also store my personal bathroom stuff in the cabinet under the sink and ask you not to use it – I think all of this is common sense :) I always leave shampoo and soap for my guests, so feel free to use that.

Other things to note
This is a brand new multi storey building. There are other people living in this building, some neighbours are quite sensitive to noise, so please respect them and keep the noise down after 10pm – no loud music. Thanks :)

It is very suitable place to stay - 25 min to walk or 10 min by bus to Old town with museum, 15 min by bus to Bus and Train station, 5 min to walk to Park of the curve (Vingio parkas), 8 min to walk to Forum cinema Vingis. Around a lot of grocery stores: Rimi, Maxima, Lidl, Norfa. You could eat in cafés, restaurants or pizzerias, Mcdonald's:)They are in our neighborhood.
