The light filled house boasts tall timber lined ceilings, a beautiful log fire, internal traditional wood oven (perfect for your favourite pizza) and a Finnish sauna to revive you at the end of the day.

With 2 bedrooms the house comfortably sleeps 6.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
The second bedroom has a double bed and bunks.
All beds are clean, warm and comfortable - bedding and linen is provided.

Walk over the road and fish Lake Eucumbene from the bank or bring your boat and use the boat ramp at the end of the street. Or explore the numerous trout filled streams nearby for that elusive Rainbow or Brown.

Pets are welcome over the warmer months - between October and May. Unfortunately we have had problems in the past with pets being left alone in the house in the winter while people go skiing, and it is too cold for them to be left outside. Please note the garden is not fenced.

Mt Selwyn ski resort is a 40min drive away and offers family friendly facilities. If you have hit the slopes and caught a fish you might like to take a drive to the amazing Yarrangabilly Caves. Picnic in this stunning hidden valley, soak up the history of this 100 year old mountain resort and take a dip in the thermal pool.

There are several horse riding operators in the area if you feel like the Man from Snowy River experience. Or just relax. The comforts of the house can make it hard to leave the fireside. You may just stay put and enjoy the quality selection of DVDs, books and games.

Take a wander on the 5km bush fire trail at the back for lovely views of the area. At the end of the day supervise the BBQ from the deck and watch the sun set over the mountains in the company of the friendly local wildlife.

Coffee and the paper can be found just a 15 minute drive away at the Adaminaby bakery where you will find cream buns, curry pies, coffee and lovely fresh bread, there is also an IGA, the pub 'the Snowgoose' and local takeaway for meals and supplies.

Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge is located in the heart of Thredbo Village, inside Kosciuszko National Park. The park cabin sleeps a maximum of 5 people in a separate bedroom with a king bed, which can be split into 2 singles, or queen size bed. There is a triple bunk, separate bathroom and a combined self contained kitchen/living area with a full size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, TV, Foxtel, DVD, free Wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a shared laundry and drying room.

Outside is a BBQ, seating and an open fire pit. The park cabins are our budget accommodation and are warm, comfortable and well maintained, set in a park like setting surrounded by natural Australian bush.

- "Allisons place was beautfiul, all the amenities that a family requires. There was a few stairs to get up to the property but that was fine for us, Allison was very responsive with communication. Beds were super comfy and so was the lounge area, parking was just down the road and free. We did go early in the season, so im not sure if it would have been as easy to get a park if we went when it was busy. Overall highly recommend, we didnt get much snow but we just drove up to perisher where there was plenty of snow. Thanks for allowing us to use your space for our first snow holiday, we had a wonderful time."

Narragundah is our home away from home and we welcome you to enjoy all the aspects that we love about it. This is not a hotel, it is a home to be enjoyed.

We have recently renovated the property with some updates, new oven, dishwasher, carpet and graded driveway, including building a modern addition - parent retreat area - to the house, however this is not complete and is not part of the rental, the area will be locked off and will not impact your stay in anyway.

There is a Caretakers cabin within the large green shed, the caretaker is there on the odd occasion to maintain the property, however will not disturb you during your stay.

1. There is a water Dam on the property that is NOT fenced, please keep pets and children under supervision at all times.
2. The 100 acre property is fenced, however it is not fenced with the intention to keep children or pets contained, only wild-stock, so please keep them under your supervision at all times.
3. It is a dirt /gravel Road from The Alpine Way to the house, approximately 2.5km, the dirt road to the house is well maintained, however can become slippery in Snow or heavy rain, ALL Wheel drive or 4WD is recommended, however not required.
4. The house uses Tank Water only, no town water, there is only one tank, so please use water conservatively.
5. The fire wood - cut from the property, is available for your use throughout your stay.
6. The house has underfloor heating, please follow our guide on what settings are appropriate during your stay.
7. There is outdoor furniture available, and a fire pit, including a hammock for guests to enjoy
8. There is a gas BBQ available.
9. The pantry is a use and replace pantry, please feel free to use what is available and replace when consumed. We love cooking, so you should find the basics plus more!
10. Please place rubbish in bins provided to avoid native animals making a mess.

This is the most wonderful cosy get away when it is just the two of you and can be perfect for couples. We also have a tri bunk room that is suitable for 2 children or another couple if they are happy with the tri bunk set up..... If you do book as a couple the Retreat the bunk room will not be available. There is a small additional charge for the bunk room, please ask for details at the time of the enquiry or booking request A full kitchen with combined lounge dining completes the picture. This space is much larger than your usual 1 bedroom or studio Retreat and is very comfortable. This is a dual key property. We have a larger option the Residence which is for extended families. Both are seperate and there are no shared spaces or car parking. There is an interconnecting door that is locked. This has not been a problem with our guests. We live on site in a totally seperate accommodation and here to help if needed. We love to welcome our guests and say hi. We have a great out door room with a Weber BBQ and a table setting which is put to good use in both summer and winter. In the kitchen we provide all the staples such as olive oil, herbs & spices for cooking, pepper, salt, paper towels, serviettes, baking paper, cling film and foil. We have a Caffitaly pod espresso machine for coffee lovers. We provide pods and also teas. We want to make your getaway as easy and enjoyable as possible without you having to bring everyday essentials. - "Good" - "Great place for a group of friends to celebrate a special occasion - in this case a 60th birthday." - "We booked both the Chalet and Studio for a couple of weekends over the year and really enjoyed our stay. The properties are well kept and presented with all the amenities that you need for a short getaway. It is very close to the Skitube and we would walk there every morning (with kids) in about 10 minutes. There is a drying room with underfloor heating and a drying cupboard to make sure all the equipment can be dried overnight. The kitchen(s) are well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is also an Aldi coffee machine. The only issue is that all the heating is set on automatic timers and preset settings, which can't be altered. For example you can't even change the fan speed or swing in the reverse cycle air conditioners. The living areas had a gas fireplace and a reverse cycle airconditioning, while the bedrooms had wall heaters (except the master bedroom which had some underfloor). We found it was easier to take our own bar heaters and run them than to try and work out the automated heaters. Moreover it gave us the flexibility to change temperate and timings as it suited us. "

Les Perrieres Lodge is a family home which is now available for you and your family to share! The Lodge combines the Chalet and Studio and is ideal for larger families who like to holiday together but also like to have their own space.

The Lodge offers fantastic views up the Thredbo Valley from the Mid-level Open plan Kitchen, dining, living and out onto the deck.

The Chef in the family need not be excluded from the group with the Entertainers kitchen open to the dining/lounge/deck area. The Kitchen features an induction cooktop, full oven, microwave,large family size fridge & freezer and Pod coffee machine.

In the winter months the open fire in the living area will keep you toasty and warm and in the warmer months there is ducted air conditioning in the living area to keep you cool.There are electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.

The Lodge has access to a double garage and leading off this is the drying room, laundry and foyer all on the ground floor.

The upper level includes the master bedroom with King bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, the bathroom with shower, bath & toilet and the second living space with TV that also accommodates the double sofa bed.

The open plan Studio has a King bed, Lounge area, Ensuite and a Kitchenette with Bar fridge, microwave, single cooktop & Pod coffee machine.

This 54sm loft cabin is both raw and refined with vaulted ceilings, exposed timber and a Japanese inspired Onsen.

The Cedar Cabin was designed in a modernist style taking inspiration from the iconic Sea Ranch in California. We recently updated the interiors and the Cedar Cabin was shortlisted in the Australian Interior Design Awards.

Positioned right on the banks of the Thredbo River and has uninterrupted views of Mount Kosciuszko and the Supertrail ski run – Australia's longest ski run. It feels extremely private and remote, while also being a few minutes walk into the centre of the village to the shops and cafes.

Thredbo Village is located in the Kosciuszko National Park and accessed by a monitored, sealed road that is cleared of snow during winter. No steep dirt roads required for access.

Please note we host couples and singles only - the cabin isn’t suitable for children, pets or groups.

The Cedar Cabin has a balcony overlooking the Thredbo River, perfect for an afternoon vino, watching the sunset over the Kozi range. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the Thredbo River rapids, it’s an idyllic place to switch off and connect with the outdoors.

The ceiling in the loft bedroom is clad in textural, rough-sawn timber and when lying bed, the ceiling slopes down in front of you. Almost like a tent – a luxurious, temperature controlled tent.

The bathroom has underfloor heating and a Japanese inspired Onsen (fits two people), It's an excellent spot to unwind after a day in the mountains.

Design touches include Nordic handheld carry lamps, Australian bush rimmed crockery along with objects by American outdoor companies, Filson and Rumpl. All adding to the considered glamping experience.

The lounge area has a comfy four person window seat for relaxing, with an uninterrupted view of Thredbo River. Art featuring Mt Kosciuzsko by adventure photographer, Zain Kruyer and a nod to Sea Ranch with the mid-century works by Barbara Stauffacher Solomon and a recent collaboration with Bundjalung artist Shal. We were drawn to his fluid line work, use of colour and close connection to water and country.

We love smart tech that's good for the planet – our energy usage is offset and green. Our efficient heating and cooling system is operated by tech savvy, Nest. The television has Netflix and Stan digital channels along with internet browsing and there are USB ports at the bedside for phone charging.

The kitchen has a large island bench that doubles as the heart of the cabin. It’s a prime spot for a dinner or a bottle of red (yes, there is a petit wine fridge). Bespoke and streamlined joinery makes use of every inch of space. It’s completely fit out with high end kitchen appliances and designer furnishings.

The Cedar Cabin is a glamping cabin that subscribes to low-key luxury. There's a compact staircase that takes you up to the sleeping loft.

Our onsen (bath) comfortably fits two people and is fit out with a hand held shower head, for an authentic Onsen experience.

During the winter season Thredbo hosts outdoor music festivals and dance parties on most weekends (and some weekdays) in the Village Square and the pool area of The Alpine Hotel. For this reason, we relish being a little bit removed from the epicentre.

Thredbo is a pedestrian village, so you won't need your car during your stay. We have a Winter bus stop located right out front. While we don't have parking onsite, Thredbo's free overnight car park is located across the road from us, with additional options nearby.

The Cedar Cabin features an open plan loft space with an architecturally designed ladder/staircase for access. Very common and popular in alpine cabins.

We highly recommend guests purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance can protect guests from loss of, or damage to, luggage and personal effects, COVID-19 amendment, cancellation costs and expenses, medical cover, and more. It's located a short walk ( approx 5 minutes) from the Village Square & Kosciuszko Express Chairlift with a shuttle bus stop nearby in winter. The cabin is fully self-contained and includes linen and a fully equipped kitchen .

The space
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the verandah. Watch the skiing and mountainbiking from the lounge. Or take a 5 minute walk into the village for a meal. Unload your vehicle in the designated area and then park your car in one of the free Thredbo carparks. Everything in Thredbo is within walking distance so once in Thredbo there is no need to use your car again.

Crafters Cabin TWO was completed in June 2020. The cabin is completely off grid with its own electricity supply from a solar array and an on-site rainwater tank.
Crafters Cabin TWO is a passively designed building to make the most of its northerly aspect. There is a large bathroom with double shower, a huge bedroom with king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin is located on private property with only one other dwelling. Don’t worry, both cabins are completely seperate and offer a very relaxing and secluded stay in the Snowy Mountains.

Less than 10 Minutes drive to Jindabyne township and only 20 minutes drive to Thredbo Village, Ulmarra Cabin is close to the action but away from the crowds.
The cabin is suited to all types of people, from mountain bike riders to the couple looking for a special weekend away.

The space
With a secluded position above the beautiful Wollondibby Creek you can drink your morning coffee on the spacious deck as the mountain wildlife drops in for a drink. Ulmarra Cabin has a luxurious bathtub, cosy wood fire and a seriously succulent décor that will make you feel right at home.
Within walking distance to Crackenback Farm one of the Snowy Mountains best restaurants. And minutes away from the famous Wild Brumby Distillery, offering breakfast, lunch and plenty of Schnapps to take the edge off after a busy day in the mountains.

Ulmarra Cabin is only accessible by car. Guests have access to the cabin, creekside and front paddock but not the Main House nearby on the same property ( please don't venture beyond the greenhouse). Be sure to only use the parking at the cabin and do not block the driveway.

Other things to note
Please take care when entering and departing the driveway on to the Alpine Way. This is a busy road and traffic is moving quickly.
Snakes are around in summer months so please be careful where you walk.

Crafters Cabin ONE is a passively designed building to make the most of its northerly aspect. There is a large bathroom with double shower, a huge bedroom with king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private Woodfired Hottub overlooking the valley. The cabin is located on private property with one other dwelling. There is no direct line of sight between the two cabins which makes for a very relaxing and secluded stay during your visit to the Snowy Mountains Region.

The space
Nestled in sub alpine woodlands at high elevation in the Thredbo Valley, the cabin has private outlooks in every direction and takes in spectacular views of the Snowy Mountains including Mt Perisher—close to Thredbo, the ski tube and Jindabyne and a stones throw to the Wild Brumby Distillery.

The cabin has been designed and hand crafted to provide a completely unique accommodation experience. Everything has been designed and built to blend naturally with the cabins internal and external surrounds.

Apart from a few introduced items, everything was conceived purely for the space, from furniture to joinery, a concrete basin, upholstery, leather work and ceramics. Using natural and raw materials creates a deliberate connection with the surrounding landscape, combined with refined design principles creates a space of calm and tranquility.

Borrowing from Mother Nature’s resources, 26 tonne of granite rock were selected by hand and Australian hardwood timbers were sourced to build with. Mill Cabin is committed to treading lightly, ensuring that all methods from construction to operations are environmentally friendly—based on the belief that our combined impact on the planet should be as minimal as possible.

The Cabin is supplied with Sans [ceuticals] soaps and creams. Inbed linen is used in the bedroom.

A fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and electric oven. Custom ceramic dinnerware, cast-iron cookware, one off ceramic pieces and speciality tea and coffee. There is also an outside Wood fired timber bath and keep an eye for a bespoke timber sauner coming to the property in 2025!

You'll find everything you need in the cabin for your daily yoga and meditation ritual, including mat, bolster, block and cushion. You can take advantage of the seclusion and take a wander through the property or set your sights a little higher and hike Australia's tallest mountain, Mt Kosciuszko.

Mill Cabin is well insulated and the wood stove provides warmth as well as a cozy atmosphere. You’ll find everything you need to light a fire on site: wood, lighter and kindling. It can get a little colder in the depths of winter, so please be sure to pack enough warm clothing if you are planning to stay through the cooler months.

With one queen bedroom and spacious living areas the cabin will generously accommodate singles or couples looking for a peaceful and indulgent escape in the Snowy Mountains.

There is a shed on site for one car plus additional parking. You will have exclusive access to the cabin, shed and the 15 acre private property.

Other things to note
Mill Cabin is a short drive a long the Alpine Way from Jindabyne, a stone's throw from the Wild Brumby Distillery.
The road up to the cabin from the Alpine Way is a gravel 2WD road, during winter it can get snow on it and we recommend traveling by 4WD. If this isn’t possible it is recommended that you carry snow chains in the event of snow coverage. We are available to shuttle you to the cabin from the Alpine Way (there is a car park at the bottom of Wollondibby road) should you require this.

1. It is a dirt /gravel Road from The Alpine Way to the house, approximately 2.5km, the dirt road to the house is well maintained, however can become slippery in Snow or heavy rain, ALL Wheel drive or 4WD is recommended, however not required.
2.The fire wood - cut from the property, is available for your use throughout your stay.
3.There is outdoor furniture available, including a hammock for guests to enjoy
