One detail that is important to highlight is the location of all the rooms facing northeast, towards the more than 66 meters of lake frontage, this allows receiving natural light throughout the day, nuanced and refreshed by the trees and palm trees that surround the entire property, and being able to see the beautiful colors of the sunsets of the Colombian Caribbean in the sky.

It is not just a 210 m2 house, it is more than 3,373 m2 of exclusive land, without any other building within it, and a private lake. The house has three rooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fan and wall fan, two full bathrooms and one powder room. Solarium inaugurated in December 2024, a space designed to enjoy the sun, right under the palm trees. BBQ with 5m Outdoor Kitchen, 40m2 Stadero and Sandbox. That complies with Biosecurity measures.

- "This house is in the perfect location. All of the beds have heated blankets, which was really nice for the chilly nights. We used the fireplace frequently and the wood was quickly available upon request. The deck with hot tub and grill is very nice, and spacious, and offers an amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals. Plenty of towels and blankets. It is dog friendly, but our dog was bit by one of the dogs on the property, and the dog kept hanging out near our cabin, so we had to be cautious when taking our dog out. That was really our only complaint. This is a really great place to get away from the city and be in the quiet nature, but in a comfortable way."

- "We loved our stay at this beach front cabin in Mendihuaca! It was easy to find and parking was ample and a breeze. The cabin is immaculate and the coastal-boho decor and ambiance are perfect. The beds, pillows, and bedding were all very clean and comfortable. We loved the indoor/outdoor hammocks and swings. My family of 5 fit comfortably with room to spare. The cabin is literally on the sand, within steps of the ocean. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the crashing waves was intoxicating. Both the top and second stories have accordion style shutters that open up to the fresh air and sunshine. The ease of popping in and out of our cabin as we spent the day in the sun, sand, and surf was great. My children especially loved being so close to the mouth of the Mendihuaca River. The fresh water is cold and a nice change from the bath water temperatures of the tropical ocean. They loved riding the current from the river into the rapids created as it interested with the ocean. The restaurants dotted up and down the cove were great! We REALLY liked the pizza place. The ONLY downside to this cabin/beach was the no-see-ums/sand fleas, and mosquitos. Bring PLENTY of insect repellent and wear it around the clock. We left relatively unscathed with only a handful of bites each, but saw people that were literally covered head-to-toe in bug bites. However, that is the trade off if you want the privacy and uniqueness/specialness of being in a remote beach without tons of tourists."

It is a house with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a large fireplace, living room, and kitchen integrated into a single loft-like space. It has many windows with beautiful views and a large bathroom overlooking the forest. Upstairs, there is a loft where the art workshop is located. The house is very cool as it is open areas, its ceilings are high and its alcoves are very comfortable, with delicious hammocks to enjoy the weather. The pool is safe in case we are accompanied by children, being able to be calmer.
