Omkring huset er der plads til boldspil, bålhygge og gode solvendte terrasser, hvor man kan sidde ugenert. Huset er omkranset af træer, som giver dig optimal privatliv. Der er kun 12 km. til Fårup Sommerland.
I Blokhus og Hune finder du gode butikker med tøj, lokale delikatesser, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Lørdag er torvedag i Hune med delikatesser, loppefund og antikviteter.

The house is located about 2km from the beach (you can walk or use the bikes in the shed if the weather is nice). A car is needed for getting around as the closest stores are like 10min away. The Summer House is situated in a highly desirable location in Denmark, close to the sea and north of Copenhagen. It can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people and is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fireplace. The house has a total area of 80 square meters, with 40 square meters on the ground level and 40 square meters on the first floor. The property also boasts a large stone terrace with sun exposure throughout the day, and being located at the end of a road ensures there is no traffic noise.

The beach is just an 8-minute walk from the house and provides stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. A grocery store that is open all year round from 8 am to 7 pm is located only 0.5 km from the property. The Summer House is in excellent condition.

The first floor of the house comprises a bedroom for two people, while the other half provides sleeping space for 2 to 4 individuals. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine kleine Diele mit Treppe zum ersten Stock, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, einen Esstisch für 6-8 Personen, ein Sofa, einen Kamin und einen Fernseher. We rent out our private cottage located by perhaps the best beach in Denmark. The accommodation is perfect for the family of 4 to 6 people and is 400 meters to the beach which can be reached on foot or directly in the car. (if you need a lot of equipment) :-)

The house is very bright and has more terraces, but still private in neighbors. Breakfast is enjoyed on the terrace in the morning sun. From the house there is a sea view and for dinner served in the afternoon / evening terrace there is the perfect sunset in the ocean.

There is of course a bathroom, but also an outdoor shower for rinsing sea salt and sand off after a walk on the beach.

If you are cycling or walking, there are many trails in the area. In walking / driving distance there are little 3 km to Blokhus with various restaurants, shops and water parks. Golf course is also available in the area. Only 5 minutes away is Fårup Sommerland as always the children's favorite. Also try the mini-golf course at Jambo Camping which is an experience.

The cottage is approx. 500 m from the water 5 km to Rørvig harbor 1 km to Nykøbing sj center, at the end of a quiet road. We have a large enclosed garden. In the garden there is a climbing frame, ruchebane, swings, sandbox and a trampoline. In the shed there are bicycles of different sizes and toys for the garden. The house contains entrance hall, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A dining room and kitchen with dishwasher. 2 children's rooms one with bunk beds, a living room with wood-burning stove and a parent bedroom with room for a cot. We do not even have animals and do not smoke. It is an ideal vacation spot for families with children. Many great activities in the area and close to a quiet beach. Not far from the house is a new swimming pool / water park and of other activities for children we can recommend Sommerland Sjælland which is an amusement park with water park and Odsherred Zoo.

Activities for children can be visited by Summerland Zealand, a leisure park with washer and park Odsherred Zoo.

Welcome to our charming summer house, located in a peaceful and idyllic part of the country. Here you will find not only tranquility but also a home with plenty of character. The summer house has been recently repainted both inside and out, giving it a fresh and inviting appearance.

Cozy cabins are situated near a small stream and a beautiful garden pond, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. It is only 1 kilometer to the beach, where you can collect shells and crabs, a perfect activity for both children and adults. For a more comprehensive beach experience, a bathing beach is located about 6 kilometers away, ideal for a day trip.

The area is perfect for cycling, and you have the opportunity to explore the scenic surroundings of Åkær and Gylling Næs. For those interested in history and architecture, there are also castles nearby that are well worth a visit.

In the summer house, you will find duvets, but we ask you to bring your own bed linen. Cleaning supplies are also available so you can keep the cabin in the best condition during your stay.

Narrow, winding footpath to beach from house - not suitable for pushchairs or people with mobility problems as there are narrow sloping steps down to the beach. (Easier access to beach is a few hundred yards up the road). Two bedrooms are in the main house (double bed is a water bed) and one bedroom and shower in a separate ’cabin’. Kitchen had most equipment you might need to prep/cook holiday meals. Shower good: good water pressure. NB - no baths (something to consider if you have babies/toddlers; also no crib or highchair - we had a 7 month old with us and managed okay but a cot would have been useful). There is a Netto supermarket in walking distance and regular buses into Gilleleje (nearest town). There is also a beautiful walk into Gilleleje along the coast. The beach is narrow and a mix of sandy areas and stretches of pebbles and boulders; it’s immaculately clean - but no beachside facilities which, we felt, was part of the considerable charm of the place. If you’re after beachside bars, entertainment etc, then this is NOT for you. Had a bit of an issue contacting host for access info - possible problem with Vrbo? - but all sorted in the end. Had an excellent break."

At the end of a cul de sac with direct access to the protected plantation “Professorens Plantage” lies our lovely and cozy log house “Lynghytten” which has been renovated with new bathroom and kitchen in 2021.
The house has a good layout of 67m2 with a separate entrance/hallway leading to the newly renovated bathroom with washer/dryer and a spacious shower, master bedroom and the heart of the house the kitchen-dining area and sitting room where you can enter the two other bedrooms (3/4 beds). All bedrooms are double rooms with good storage.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all kitchen appliances and kitchenware.
The sitting room is cozy and spacious with good furniture, a wood-burning stove, air conditioner and double terrace doors opening out to the roofed terrace.
The sitting room has TV, Apple-TV and internet.
The house has a roofed terrace with furniture and a large patio with furniture, a barbeque, 2 sun beds and a parasol.

Historic beach front property with stunning ocean views

Welcome to Denmark! We are so excited to share this beautiful and historically significant property, located right on the best sandy beaches of Nyborg (this city used to be the capital of Denmark). Nyborg is in the middle of Denmark on the island of Fyn (first city over the big bridge connecting Sjælland and Fyn), about an hour and 20 minutes from Copenhagen by car or train and approximately 2 hours by car from Germany’s northern border to Denmark. It is very conveniently located about 20 minutes by train to Odense and an hour and a half to LegoLand. Nyborg’s indoor water park and local swimming pool is just down the street complete with a gym, sports center, tennis courts, and much more should the weather not be ideal. It is also right next to one of Denmark’s most beautifully located golf courses. Of course, the darling center of town has plenty of shops for food, restaurants, movie theater, clothing, gifts and a castle that is being restored to its original splendor. In the Summer, right out the door is a little ice cream boutique where you can get a daily dose of ice cream to cool yourself down. You can also walk in the woods and on the many beaches Nyborg has to offer. Renting a bike is also a possibility. The fishing waters south of Nyborg are some of the best places to fish in Denmark.

A little bit of history on this charming beach house: it was built in 1933, it used to be a party location with a grand ballroom where people would host all sorts of events. After that, it became a vacation place for children with diabetes. Many famous Danes have stayed here renting the property because if its history and amazing location.

About us, I am an American (classically trained opera singer) married to a Danish man (business entrepreneur) with 3 great teenage kids. We lived in the US together for 7 years before we moved to Denmark 10 years ago. I ran a B&B out of my home for about 6 years before we decided to purchase this dream property.

For me, giving that extra bit of service is in my blood. We supply all the towels, and linens in the house so you don’t need to feel like you have to bring your whole house with you and you do not have to pay extra for that unless you ruin something. We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body soap if you don’t want to use your own. We also supply kitchen dishrags, toilet paper, dish soap, tabs, salt and fluid to keep the glasses clean without streaks. We will thoroughly clean the house before and after you leave so check in will be around 5pm and check out will be between 10-11am. The cleaning fee is incorporated into the price but if you leave us an extraordinary mess to clean up, we will charge a bit from your depending on the amount of time it takes to clean it all up. We are busy so the less we have to clean in between guests, the more grateful we will be. We ask that you kindly remember to conserve energy and water whenever possible.

A little bit about the property.
First, there is a beautiful sweet, yellow, two story Summer house with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, as well as stunning views from both the dining and living areas. There is a nice, large bathroom on this ground floor as well as a little bedroom with 2 beds. This house is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The kitchen is fully equipped so making meals will not be a hassle. Up the stairs you walk into another living area where we can set up another bed for the 5th in your party if necessary. Otherwise, you can sit there and enjoy some television or relax with the family. There is a larger master bedroom upstairs which could accommodate 2 adults and possibly a baby. We could get access to a portable crib if you let us know in advance that you need one. There is plenty of parking on the premises and next to the premises so that will never be a problem. This is not a location for a party, unless you want to rent out the ballroom, but otherwise we like to keep our properties quiet and clean and we expect you to respect our home and treat it with kindness. We look forward to welcoming you here.

We would like to kindly request that there be no smoking on our property, including outside and on the balconies. Should you wish to smoke, you are more than welcome to take a walk to the beach (one minute away) and smoke or walk down the street. Please throw what is left of the cigarettes into the trash and not on the ground. Thank you so much.

Our apartments all have televisions with Chromecast where you can cast your own subscriptions to Netflix, watch youtube or your favorite news website up onto the screens. We do not have television packages but you can see everything accessible on the internet on the television. Should you need a lesson, feel free to ask us.

Lastly I would like to mention that our property is located conveniently just off the great Storebælt bridge. The sunrises are extraordinary! We are however, close to the highway so there is a little traffic noise. It doesn’t bother most people. It becomes white noise after a while and you can’t hear it inside the insulated house. If you are very sensitive to noise, you may have an issue. Nyborg just received a grant to create a sound barrier from the noise of the freeway.

OUR PROPERTY

The holiday home is located on a large secluded natural plot and offers with its 111 m2 and 3 bedrooms a spacious vacation experience perfectly suited for families with children.

The house has a large living room with a sitting area and dining table right next to the kitchen. From the kitchen, there is access to a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. At the end of the hallway there's access to two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively for the kids to retreat to. That is, if you can get them off the trampoline located by the south-facing terrace.

The house has kitchen equipment and accessories, washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you need to enjoy your vacation, such as Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming and Danish, Nordic and German channels and charging of your electric car. The spacious, partially covered terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue.

Smoking is not allowed. Pets are, but please note; the property is not fenced. The house is heated with electric radiators and a wood stove.

The beach is just a short walk away (700 m) - and on the way you can enjoy the view from the top of the WW2 bunker complex. The nearest entrances to the beach are Saltum Strand (2 km) and Grønhøj (2.5 km) and since most beachgoers park close by, our beach sits back as a peaceful oasis in between with limited traffic and plenty of space to play around and have a good time.

Our little oasis has a lovely patio and courtyard. Minutes away is a kid-friendly beach. With insulation, heat pump and pellet stove, it is also suitable for the cooler months.

The house, dating from 1898, is located in a small, cozy private road. The house is 130 m2 divided into 3 levels. The house has been fully modernized inside in 2015/2021 Moreover, there is a brick outbuilding of 20 m2 containing, inter alia, tool shed, utility room and storage room.
The house contains: Entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, bright spacious living room / kitchen with a sense of being close to the forest and the sea.
