The house is right in front of the famous Hi Fi Bang & Olufsen giant. The noise from the street can be reduced by closing the noise canceling windows.

The room across from the toilet will be yours. The room has a large window, and a simple but lovely decor. There will always be clean, with fresh linens and towels when you arrive. The kitchen is on the ground floor where you can cook or pick up water. You can also use the fridge.

Elmegade is a wonderful street, lined by fashion boutiques, great cafés and eateries serving all kinds of food. A prime location for culturally interested visitors who want to stay local.

The space
The apartment building is charming and old, but the apartment itself is refurbished and well kept. Running the entire length of the building and accessed from the master bedroom you'll find a spacious and enclosed balcony full of green plants. A perfect to relax, have dinner and take in the sun..

The bathroom is bright and unusually spacious for an old Copenhagen apartment. The windows open up to the balcony allowing for light to come through all day.

Our kitchen is small but has every facility and all equipment you will need during your stay including a dishwasher, induction stove, toaster and microwave oven.

We live in the apartment and only rent it out on when travelling. Before having guest stay we always make sure to remove most personal items and make room for our guests in closets and cupboards. So the place will feel clean and welcoming to you :-)

The whole place is yours! We keep some of our personal belongings in different dressers, closets and spaces and simply ask guests to not go through them.

Other things to note
The apartment building is over a 100 years old and as such, noise from the upstairs and downstairs neighbours can sometimes be heard. This has never been a problem, but we ask guests to be discrete and mindfuld of loud noises in the stairwell and inside the apartment. This means absolutely no parties or loud music.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. With a short distance to the city center, shopping, school and childcare, the villa hits the spot in many everyday life. Irisvej is located in the attractive residential neighborhood on the north side of Grena. The villa offers a separate room with a three-quarter bed.
The guest has their own entrance to the room from the basement and is always welcome to use my lovely terrace and garden. Parking is free and in front of the house.

The space
The house is in a quiet area and is close to the city center. You can park in front of the house without problems and free of charge.
The house has a lovely covered terrace that guests are welcome to use during their stay. It is also a large garden with about 800 m2 of lawn and a small greenhouse. It is a quiet place and I have a good relationship with all my neighbors around the house.
The house has 88 m2 on two floors. I live in the living room and the basement has now been renovated and is used for Airbnb guests.
If you want, you can also go into town from here, so you don't have to take the car.
There is a bike path at the end of the road that you can walk, about 5 minutes and you are in the city center. Ask me for guidance if you are in doubt.

It is 2 rooms down into the basement with a private entrance to .
The entrance is in front of the house to the right down the stairs to the basement.
There is a key box on the side of the door where the key is located if I am not home for check-in.
Both rooms have large beds . Green room has a three-quarter size bed and an extra guest bed and Gray room a double bed 160x200. Both rooms are equipped with furniture for clothes and have radiators.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The toilet is located in the living room right next to the stairs when you come up.
There is room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children or you can rent the rooms separately.

Cozy 2 room apartment in a quiet green neighborhood with cafés, design boutiques & the lakes just around the corner. The city center & Nørrebro are a 10 min bike ride away. The bathroom is being completely renovated right now (July 2025) so that’s why there are no pictures of it :)

A cozy bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, bright & light living room with open plan kitchen, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. The sofa folds out and sleeps another two people comfortably.

70 m2 apartment in the center of Esbjerg. Close to the harbor and the town square. Small balcony with a view of town center. Park with green area 50 m from apartment. Small garden area with table/chairs down on the ground floor which is shared by all four apartments.

Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor (4th floor for Americans). There is no elevator, so stairs are the only possibilty.

Kær Fe (that's what I call my house) is close to Sønderborg city center, but without the noise (5 km to the city center). The house is close to nature, the sea (1 km), close to local farm shops (200 m - 1 km) and close to forest (1 km). The house has a large free parking space.

The house has an atmosphere of mindfulness, immersion, health, positivity, zero waste, recycling, crafts, and naturalness. It does not have TV and WIFI to disturb.

Your room is on the 1st floor.

The space
The house has 3 rooms, which are rented separately. You can rent a total of 8 beds in the house, spread over 3 rooms.

The house is furnished with recycling, upcycling, local crafts and art.

Guest access
The house has good space (190m2). There is a shop in the house where you can buy recycling and crafts. It has a large garden with a covered area.

Guests have access to all public areas (there are 3 rooms in the house you can rent and your room is private).

During your stay
I live 300 m away so can easily come and help if you need help in the house.
