- "This hostel has a variety of room options (some have terraces) and both the rooms and the common spaces are newly-renovated, well-designed and comfortable! There is also a roofdeck with a spectacular view of Ponta Delgada. The property is a renovated multi-storey 1930's townhouse with a central mahogany staircase (and elevator) that has been in the same family since 1961.The grandson manages the place and is very knowleadgeable about tours and very responsive to requests. Breakfast is included and delicious. The clientele is international and a variety of ages. I highly recommend staying here. "

If you have a car, this is not a plus. For me, it was fine. Ana was lovely and was easily reachable on whatsapp. "
