A few issues, the address for the hostel isn't clear on hotels.com needed to call to get the right number and during check-in hotels.com hadn't sent the payment to the hostel which required a lot of phone calls to have the booking cancelled and I had to pay again. It's been over a week and still waiting for hotels.com to send me the refund. "
