- "We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore get, so it’s rather peaceful. We had a superior king room that was very comfortable, with good AC (highly recommend AC; it’s pretty hot here). Our only recommendation to the hotel is that they invest in comfortable chairs for the dining area, and provide cushions for the pool loungers."

- "This place primarily functions as a day club. So before you book, know that you will always come second to the day trippers. You cannot sit in the restaurant after 4pm. In fact, the kitchen seems to shut down completely as soon as the last day trip boat leaves. The staff are completely apathetic towards hotel guests and only give good service to the day trip customers. Trying to get their attention was like pulling teeth. All the best chairs were reserved for day trip customers only. Also every piece of equipment (snorkels, paddleboards, etc.) costs extra. Just be aware that when you book here, you get a room and that’s it."

If you are located in the center, Boca Grande, Manga, Marbella and the Cabrero en Cartagena, a driver will pick you up and take you at 7:20 a.m. by air-conditioned taxi at NO COST to the pier of the Bodeguita en el Centro, to enter through Puerta #1. There you will be received by our staff.
