Honestly, I wouldn't recommend any underrated than this for a stay in São Paulo. Being such a big city with so many houses spread between buildings, with all it's sophisticated and good quality services, there's no absolute reason for any hostel not to manage to accomodate you with a very close comfort to a hotel style service. - "access from airport is good!" - "Very good " - "Overall this was a basic hostel that worked for me to stay in one night in order to catch a morning flight to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. I only know Spanish and English so trying to communicate in Portuguese was a bit tricky but we managed okay. I was surprised by how noisy the traffic was around the hostel. Although, from about midnight to 7 am it quieted down so that was great for sleep. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the hostel when I called and messaged them in order to get a ride from the airport to the hostel the night before. It was pretty easy to take an Uber for 10 USD so it worked out. Overall, I'd say the quality is about what I would expect for paying 26 USD for a private room at a hostel for one night. Also, the showers had spectacular hot water so that was a plus!"

Close to the airport and free airport shuttle." - "I guess you get what you paid for. Cheap hotel just to spend the night" - "I would not stay here if I was travelling alone, specially as a woman. I stayed one night only as I had a long flight connection and it seemed a good deal to have pick up and drop off to the airport. I got picked up by a car which did not match the description of the bus advertised, it was a red van and the guy who picked me up was an absolute creep, I genuinely thought he was going to kill me, not even being dramatic, he took me under the highway and started driving really slow and he was asking all sort of inappropriate questions. I told the night shift concierge guy which by the way was very lovely and understanding and he mentioned it was not the first time that he did that to women. I cannot believe they still employ him after so many complains, it is terrifying when you don’t even speak the language and cannot even call the police or anything as most people staying here are travellers. The room itself was clean-ish but there is noise all throughout the night so I couldn’t even sleep and quite frankly I was scared that someone might open the door. Absolute nightmare of a stay I would never stay here unless you are a group. There are better options which are similar that I think might be a better choice."
