- "The accomodation was pretty ok. The dorm looked well and the beds were nice. However, one guest that is apperently staying longterm, ruined my complete night. Clearly under influence he touched me while I was sleeping. He was very loud in his sleep and caused me nightmares. Apparently he had been staying there for a long time what I think is unacceptable. I am a female solo traveller and never had a bad experiences before. I was scared in this dorm. If you’re a backpacker/hostel and you want to create a good experience for travellers, you should not host an alcoholic. "

- "Great place to stay, it has a great location near the stadium and the city center, walking distance from the Water Front. For me there were only two things that I did not expect: 1. the breakfast was very basic, but upon reflection, it reflected the price, it's a hostel of course and not a 5* hotel. If you need a great breakfast there a nice restaurant(forgot the name) no more than a 5 min walk from there. 2. I was freezing! I stayed in a room for 4 people and while we had 2 heaters it was still quite cold for me when not under the blanket, it was alright, but just a little unconfortable to get dressed or shower in the morning. Overall it's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in over 40 countries I've visited, very friendly staff and great location."

I told him it was advertised online as free wifi and he got very angry. He insulted me and my nationality. The place is ok. It is very loud all night which made it difficult to sleep. The shower was only luke warm. Skip this place. Pay the extra little bit to stay somewhere else."

The space
Aloe Again Beach Accommodation has the most desirable address – Pepper Street. This places you only 50m from the world famous Supertubes surf break.

Our laid back self-catering house feels like a home away from home. It offers eight basic twin, double and family en-suite rooms that are serviced daily. An open plan kitchen, lounge and entertainment area (featuring a pool table and indoor braai) invite you to kick back and take in the ocean air while you mingle with other guests. The back garden has an awesome fire-pit which serves as the ideal place to meet new people and forge bonds of friendship that will draw you back to our bay time and time again.

Do as much, or as little, as you like here. All rooms come standard with linen and bath towels. There is select DSTV in each room as well as in the communal lounge. A rack for surfboards & wetsuits can be found in the courtyard.

Guest access
Once you've been given the code to get in and the key to your room, you're free to come and go as you please.

All guests share access to the lounge, kitchen and dining area upstairs, including indoor braai and balcony with view. There is also a garden at the back with braai.

All parking is street parking and has 24 hr security.
Within the house we ask all guests to be mindful of those around them.
Noise levels should go down after 10pm and we ask everyone to wash, dry & pack away their own dishes.
