Staff friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, with my allergies they were happy to sort food with the chef and had oat milk available. A little dated but the bed was very comfy which was the main thing. The bathroom was a bit of a let down. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was mould above the shower. Cleaners started hoovering at 8 so perhaps not great if you want a lay in. Breakfast was so so...muffins dry and croissants over cooked. Hot buffet was cold but tasted OK. Coffee was very good though and they had oat milk which was a great touch. Location was great. View was stunning and definitely made up for it. "

- "Good just what we needed " - "I booked this property as part of a 2 week break to visit the Scottish highlands, the hotel is conveniently located next to Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Alps which was perfect for to try some long Hiking routes.
