- "The hotel is very affordable for Paris, but keep in mind if you are walking to transit the area is rough. This area is definitely outside any tourist zone. Use a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. It was 10 pm and I didn't want to deal with transit in a foreign city at night. Transit worked well for us the next day. The receptionist did not speak English and came off as rude at first but was nice in the end especially when we had a Netflix show in common "Emily in Paris" lol. There is security in the hotel, he spoke a bit of English but only him. Make sure your credit card doesn't hold back your payments (pending) if you booked the day before, the hotel will make you pay again even with an invoice from Expedia saying paid. I had to pay for the hotel room in order to be able to stay there. The next day my credit card showed the payment went through. I went to get my refund, it was a different receptionist. Told me to get it from Expedia, he could not give me a refund. DO NOT except that, it is not how it works, you will not get a refund from Expedia you must get it from the hotel. I did get my refund a few days later. Do not get the breakfast option there is a McDonalds for coffee around the corner and a grocery store just down the road. Their breakfast is not worth it at all. The room is small, clean enough, no English channels except News. It is quiet and priced right and there is an elevator. "

- "This was a nice , comfortable and affordable hotel for my nephew on his visit to Europe ." - "This place was nice and clean. Hardwood floors amd 2 twin beds that can make a full size. It also has a free parking lot, which was great since I had a car rental. " - "For the price couldn't expect more. A little further out of Paris than expected but the 151 bus to Porte Du Pantin was just across the road. Once at Porte Du Pantin you could catch the RER E or line 5 on the metro into Paris. If you are going to do this buy a book of carnet tickets. Hotel was clean and perfectly acceptable for the 4 nights we were there. We had travelled by car so trips to the local Carrefour were straightforward. There are buses and the team service if you don't have your own transport. Only faults with the room were the fitting for the showerhead bring loose and one of the external window blinds bring broken so it would rattle in the wind. Also no kettle in the room. We always bring one with us so not a problem, and there are vending machines in the foyer for drinks and snacks if you need them. Breakfast looked like good value although we didn't try it ourselves. Also the hotel had secure parking if you are coming by car."
