- "Staff" - "Good" - "I chose this hotel because of its location. We wanted to stay outside of Paris because we were renting a car, and this hotel has a Metro station (and tram/RER) a few steps from the lobby. Hotel parking is in an underground garage across the street, and you can easily roll your bags to a hotel elevator directly from the parking area. We had a "superior" room, which was spacious, well maintained and quiet. We didn't know much about Saint Denis before we arrived, but we visited the Basilica and it is amazing. It's where most of the kings of France are buried and we spent an entire afternoon there. For dining, we usually had breakfast at Maison Honoré (a few doors up the street) which has delicious pastries and excellent coffee. For dinner, we favored Joe's Grill, next to the hotel."

- "Hotel was very quiet and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not much to do in the local area. It sits on a busy avenue and is not well enough insulated to shut out the noise of the traffic and trains. The rooms are small and grew rather hot in April, when the building's AC was not yet turned on. The bottom sheet of the beds were not well fitted and rumpled easily.
