- "Great areas and hotel! Despite the noise due to the works I spent a nice time." - "Great" - "We visited the hotel for a 2 night stay in November. We wanted somewhere accessible to where we wanted to visit and within close proximity to transport to the airport. In this case the hotel was pretty ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than we expected as in addition to the buffet options (which were varied and lovely) there were also hot options, which for us was perfect. There were vending machines for snacks and drinks, which we were surprised to be very reasonably priced, and also machines to order hot meals or snacks, which we didnt use but were very impressed with. The downside of our stay was that it was very noisy. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was great and the windows stopped all exterior noise, but inside noise was very bad. We could hear banging and clattering from downstairs as staff came in to arrange breakfast, running up and down the corridors which kept us awake, and the lift mechanisms could be heard loudly everytime it was used. This kept us awake most of the first night but it did improve a little on the second. Our room was very small. The twin beds were virtually a double bed as they were pushed together given that there was no room to have them separate. We managed with this only because we didnt have much luggage. The bathroom was tiny. I have never stayed in a hotel with bedroom & bathroom so small, but, for a 2 night city break it did us. Anything longer than that and we would have asked to move. "

- "I booked this property because I had a car rental and I needed a facility that was close to the airport and had parking available. The hotel is very nice and clean and modern. The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was very big and also spacious and clean. Both of the reception ladies that helped me were extremely nice, helpful and spoke a great English, which was very helpful for me, if I was in the same situation again, I would definitely stay there and would recommend this to anybody with an early flight or a car rental in Paris. - "Citotel Aero is a hotel located a short distance from Le Bourget Air and Space Museum. While it is an older hotel, my room was clean, tidy, and comfortable with up-to-date bathroom fixtures. The bedding was also quite adequate. I was greeted by the manager who was friendly and spoke good conversational English. It is a particularly good choice when hotel prices at CDG airport become inflated. Stores and ethnic restaurants are a short walk away. For those with a car, it is easily accessible to CDG airport and many other areas in the northern suburbs of Paris. My navigation app was not so helpful in using public transportation to get there from CDG. While RER B provides direct transport to either Drancy or Le Bourget, I recommend the Le Bourget RER station because main bus lines from there are much more direct and reliable from that point to and from the hotel. I was told that a nearby metro line had been temporarily shut down in the run up to the Olympics, but I could not verify this report."

What we actually got was two double rooms with bunks over, meaning one of the kids had to sleep in the bunk, the other in the double. Deliberately booked rooms like we did as the kids are autistic and it’s easier to preempt a potential arguement. The rooms were cosmetically fairly clean, but the ingrain dirt was evident, stains in the toilet, limescale on the taps, dirty paint work throughout and the mould on the ceiling was horrible and smelt. Particularly worrying for our child who also has asthma. The shower was basically unusable due to its size, the taps were right next to the toilet, which gives you an indication of the dimensions. The window in the room was directly opposite the ladder of the bunk and only had 2 settings, closed or wide open. There are no safety catches on them, so potentially anyone could fall out. The first night we arrived we almost left immediately because of the condition of the room, but we’d travelled the night before and spent the day in Disneyland, so we were exhausted and autistic people don’t cope well with change. The following day we decided to go out until late so we’d just fall asleep when we got back, but tbh we were all keen to leave on the last day. Admittedly we don’t speak much French, but the cleaners speak no English and kept trying to come in our rooms while we were packing to leave. "

All communal spaces were spotless too! But the best feature is the property’s proximity to Saint-Denis - Université metro station and Paris Beauvais Airport shuttle station. We arrived early around 11 AM and were offered a room immediately. We also checked out at 2 AM which was absolutely no problem. It was perfect for a short city escape and catching some sleep before an early morning flight!"
