Nobody could get in or out of the hotel for hours as the storm was severe. My server from dinner the previous night, Michael, as well as the chef, stayed at the hotel overnight, to ensure that every guest had a hot breakfast the next morning. Joey, who worked the front desk, enlisted a couple of the maintenance staff to help me out. We only stayed one night and it was rainy and cold when we were there so we didn’t get to check out the water or do any water activities, which looked amazing. The indoor heated pool was awesome. There is no air conditioning, but we opened the doors and windows for a delightful cross breeze and closed the doors to sleep. Each second story room has a private balcony. We loved it!"
