The hotel’s facilities overall were excellent for both of us. The only downside was the lack of laundry services. Unlike other hotels in Shanghai that offer washers and dryers, this one didn’t. I had to take a 20-minute taxi ride to find a laundry spot, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return on our next trip. The location, service, and amenities made it a memorable experience."

I was there during the hurricane but didn't notice anything when it comes to the wind or the rain. Hotel staff was really friendly and willing to help. Shopping mall nearby was easy to acces and had a lot of restaurants. Beds were so soft and comfortable that I felt that even the sheeps which made the wool first check into the hotel, stayed there for a couple of weeks to completely relax. And then offered their wool to be put into the beds. Don't sleep here if you have early meetings because it is hard to get out of bed early.
