The hotel’s facilities overall were excellent for both of us. The only downside was the lack of laundry services. Unlike other hotels in Shanghai that offer washers and dryers, this one didn’t. I had to take a 20-minute taxi ride to find a laundry spot, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return on our next trip. The location, service, and amenities made it a memorable experience."
