- "The room size, their provided breakfast, the self-served laundry are good. It is a comparatively new hotel. However, you can tell that the facilities are not welly maintained. A lot of facilities look old. They do not know how to clean carpets. Stains and dirty spots are common on the carpets at the public area. Trash and dirt are easily found at the corners and behind the door in the room. The staffs are friendly. but not trained to meet international standard. For example, they allowed people to smoke in the restaurant where a "No Smoking" sign is clearly posted. (see picture) They do not aware that it is not merely a service issue, but a public health issue. The safe box in my room was not unlocked by the previous stay. They did not find out at house keeping. When I told them about it, they thought that I did not know how to use it. It seems that they do not know that they need to do so. Overall, it is good and recommended. "
