- "Very convenient. hotel staff is ok. price is fine. " - "The Aircon was controlled centrally and the room was warm. The front desk said the could not change the setting but offered to change room or supply a fan. I chose the latter since changing room wouldn't help either. Restaurant option was one of the worse with very limited food options. We asked to see the menu and at first thy said we couldn’t order from the menu but had to eat from the buffet. The food in the buffet was not edible. She reluctantly brought the menu and then after we tried to order, she told us that nothing on the menu was available. A/C in the room didn’t work and I had no internet or wireless connection. When I inquired about internet at the front desk the lady told me I had to use the computer terminal at the front desk if I wanted internet connection. I’ve traveled through China for 15 years fro work and have never had this poor of service at an American brand hotel. Never again........"
