Everything at this hotel, from the sleek lobby to the peaceful garden, is exquisitely done. The rooms are spacious and designed with taste. Did I mention that the bathroom floor tiles are heated? The service is in its own league. The hotel is located just across the street from the birthplace of Confucius and his temple. I wish that I stayed more than one night. I will definitely return. "

The front desk said the could not change the setting but offered to change room or supply a fan. I chose the latter since changing room wouldn't help either. Restaurant option was one of the worse with very limited food options. We asked to see the menu and at first thy said we couldn’t order from the menu but had to eat from the buffet. The food in the buffet was not edible. She reluctantly brought the menu and then after we tried to order, she told us that nothing on the menu was available. A/C in the room didn’t work and I had no internet or wireless connection. When I inquired about internet at the front desk the lady told me I had to use the computer terminal at the front desk if I wanted internet connection. I’ve traveled through China for 15 years fro work and have never had this poor of service at an American brand hotel. Never again........"
