Room was clean, and had no smells like some hotels. My only complaint is they texted me after I checked out to receive my Hilton Honors bonus points when I called to have them applied they stated it could only be done in person. I explained to them they sent a text hours after I left and the front desk made no mention of this. Guest Services still did not agree to award me my points."
