- "Upon arrival, the desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. I believe he said his name was Luis. He had only been working for a couple of weeks but he was AWESOME! When we checked in our room, we did our normal wipe down, antibacterial spray, and check the bedding. Well, we discovered bugs that were extremely tiny and would normally be brushed away like lint but one moved which is what caught our eye. This is not a complaint but a highlight to the hotel staff, specifically Maggie, who came to our room and changed all three beds with fresh bedding. She was so friendly. Once we got clean beds, we had an awesome experience. Each day we interacted with staff, they were very friendly and helpful with which beach we should go to, where to eat, and how to catch the trolley. I would definitely come back. "

We were welcomed by a friendly man at the front desk who helped us with whatever questions we had. We were early for checking in but he allowed us to use the free guest laundry and swim in one of the two pools until the room was ready. They called us as soon as they had it cleaned. They offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas - the beach is right across the street. Our room had built in shelves, a large TV, microwaves, fridge and glasses/silverware. It’s an older property but well kept and clean. You can get fresh towels daily at the front desk. Loved it and we will definitively return. Free trolley stops in front of the hotel every 20-30 minutes so we took it all over the island so we could enjoy cocktails!"
