The Italian travertine floor is found throughout the home as well as granite in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. A coffee maker with filters and Starbucks coffee provided for those tough mornings and a blender for those smoothies and margaritas.

The dining table seats four with a beautiful view of the front landscaping.

The master bedroom looks and feels like a luxurious hotel room with a King size mattress and soft, bamboo sheets. You also have an incredible view of the soothing rock wall water feature.

The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin-size mattresses with soft, bamboo sheets. Lots of extra bedding is found in the closet.

In the afternoon just steps away are some of Florida's best sandy white beaches to relax on or dip your toe or more in the azure blue Gulf of America. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. There was easy access to the beach, which was just steps away and not crowded where we were. Plus we didn't have to worry about parking. There is a public access beach a few hundred yards up the beach with store, restaurant and outdoor bar. An easy walk to there as well. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance and other amenities like groceries, coffee and beach stores. Plenty of other small, local stores and restaurants to explore at the north and south ends of the island. Five stars, five thumbs up. We'll definitely be returning to this location!"

- "Property and location are absolutely wonderful. Loved walking to the pier every morning for coffee and a pastry — and watching the sunset there in the evening. Only complaint is the beds were crazy loud. You couldn’t roll over without waking up from the noise." - "We enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing and you could walk to everything. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We don’t mind buying and leaving, but at the same time there really isn’t space to have a stock of extra items. The second thing is that you will need to be okay with living out of your bags as there’s no where to unpack. Overall perfect stay and will be back!"

The living room has comfortable couches and loveseat with flat-screen TV as well as a small dinette table and seating for four. The small kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances. It has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The master suite comes with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The bathroom includes walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The stacked washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom for convenience. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds. This home also comes with a queen-sized futon as well for another sleeping option. There is a second sitting area with small table and couch just inside the door too.

- "The location of this property was perfect - less than 500 steps from front door to sand! Walking distance to a Publix for groceries. An umbrella, beach wagon and one chair are provided as well as four beach towels. The heated pool is an alternative to the beach. I was disappointed that there was no dresser or closet in the bedroom - disliked living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. The unit itself was small but worked well for two adults. Overall, we had a great week and would happily stay here again."
