We had a wonderful 3 story waterfront apartment. It was very very comfortable and all the staff, except for one, where very nice and helpful, so well trained that they seem happy to have us. We would change only one thing: they force you to leave your car at the valet parking (USD 27.00/day) and walk to your room when there are plenty of parking spaces near the rooms/ apartments. This was pretty annoying. So much that we may consider another hotel next time."

- "Staff was very friendly and supportive " - "My wife and I stay at the La Concha was very good. Rooms arent too big, we had the regular King bed room. But who spends time in the room anyway in Key West. Its perfectlu located on the main strip Duval street. Scooter rentals are right around the corner across the street from The Green Parrot, (stop in for a Bloody Mary.) Everything is in walking distance, the food at the hotel was surpirsing phenomenal. Starbucks right under the hotel. Pool is on the smaller side but bar service outside was very good. Only negative i have is that they have 1 ice machine so i had to ask for ice everytime we went to the beach or for the room but not a big deal at all. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

In the room, there is a recently replaced mini-split AC unit that keeps the room comfortably cold. There is no kitchenette in this room, but there is a mini-fridge, a microwave, and kitchenware provided. On the property, there is a gas grill that is open for guest use.

A beautiful Historic Hotel . More like a B&B . Our room was clean and bright with amenities . Great to have bike rentals on the property . I rode around the whole island. I’ve worked at hotels my entire life . The Palms is a great place to stay!
