- "We came the Labor Day weekend, to celebration two birthdays. It was a first for our family and we were pleasantly amazed by the property and all its amenities. We kayaked, sailed, played pickleball, biked and had a lot of fun overall. Our elderly mother was able to very comfortably relax inside, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony. We travel internationally several times a year,and this was one of our most relaxed vacations! But most noteworthy is the staff...they were all very attentive to our needs, super responsive and always with a smile. This was a top notch weekend, and we will absolutely be back. The houseboat was clean, with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, dishes). A/C was already going! The towels were brand new and the view was exactly what we were looking for- a calm, peaceful marina with gentle waves lapping at the docks and the sunset on full display. Walking distance to the Blonde Giraffe Key Lime Factory, and a short drive to the Winn-Dixie. Plenty of places to eat nearby, or well equipped to eat a quiet meal in. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!"

Bar area with ice water and sodas. Even an outdoor restroom. It’s a huge perk that they offer free bikes on the property for you to take since pretty everywhere on Key West is bike able and probably preferred cuz parking is very hard to come by and/or expensive. I also need to make note of the excellent breakfast. Again, an unexpected surprise. They have an outdoor area setup in the morning with a coffee bar, fresh juice, pasties, hot breakfast items, incredible array of meats, cheeses and olives and everything seemed of the highest quality. It was so delicious!! And the staff were all so accommodating and super nice. The whole stay just exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about it!!"

Three separate doors lead to the outside deck. This big wooden deck has a dining table, and chairs to hang out, and gives on to the garden.

Guest access
There are two air conditioners, one in bedroom and one in living room. The apartment is equipped with a shared ethernet and wifi internet access, with a flat screen TV . The kitchen has a small coffee maker, toaster, oven, pots and pans, if you want to eat in. There is a washing machine and dryer outside, shared with other tenants.

Other things to note
The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night. This is not the place for you if you plan on playing loud music or hosting parties, as this will disturb the host and other neighbors. The apartment is best suited for people who will be out enjoying Key West during the day, and coming back in the late afternoon or evening to have some quiet time on the porch, before dining in or going out to enjoy the Key West night life.

Key West is a tropical paradise that offers a wide range of activities, from swimming, sailing, kayaking, and fishing, to exploring the old town, Hemingway’s house and the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Although there is no water or beach access, there are many nearby (within 15 minutes) public beaches and ramps, such as Harry Harris Park, John Pennekamp, and Founders Park.

The home features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a small corner desk in this room. Each bedroom has a small TV.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a leather sectional sofa and large TV, and a dining room with a table for 6.

There is an upstairs balcony with a dining table to enjoy your morning coffee There is a yard downstairs to enjoy the hammock, swings, and outdoor firepit. The swings are to be used with caution and not intended for children, as they are above concrete floor.

- Please keep in mind that this unit is cozy and may feel small for some guests, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay - 254 sqft.
- We’ve recently added a new pullout couch for extra comfort, making it a great option for additional guests.
- There’s also a shared washer and dryer located on the first floor, right next to the pool area.
- Pets are welcome! We allow up to two pets, with a 40lb weight limit per pet, for a fee of $20/pet per night.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property.
