We had to wait around 30 mins to check-in as the reception desk couldn't find the email they normally receive from Hotels.com/Expedia. The hotel looks alright from outside but the rooms need to be upgraded asap. The elevators were tiny and you can hardly squeeze in 3 people at a time.
