When we arrived at the hotel property, it seemed that the hotel authorities didn't know about this booking. Further, they stated that they were totally booked and hence the rooms (G 13 and G 14 which lacked some basic requirements) that we got were not what we paid for which is highly unfair on your part. Would request to look into this and check on the rooms that we were allotted and arrange for the differential amount to be refunded back.
