The hotel charge you a daily rate to use the safe in the room, and a deposit for pool towels, which everytime you change for clean ones you have to pay an additional charge which is non refundable. Our towels got taken(stolen) and we had no receipt so lost our deposit only to be told by staff we should keep towels with us at all times. All inclusive bar stops free drinks at 11pm. Non of the above is stated when booking, you are not told to keep receipts with you for towels to be refunded at end of stay. no guest would want to steal our dirty towels, I believe they remove them, so people lose there deposits. No water provided in rooms either. "
