Room was lovely and kept very clean. The hotel is also close to some lovely restaurants, bars and shops and only a short walk to the hustle of the bars in Playa Blanca. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again."

- "We've just returned from a 10 day stay at the Lanzarote Princess (Late July 2015). It was our second time at the hotel as my husband and I visited in April 2014. During our first visit I noticed that the hotel was very family orientatated so we decided to come back this year with our four children (age 9, 7, 5, 3). We were not disappointed! The hotel is fantastic and the children had a great time. The children's entertainment team, especially, worked so hard to ensure our children had loads of fun. The staff were very helpful at all times... except for one instance were one member of staff didnt want to help me becuase I was not a privilege guest and her job was only to assist their privalege guests. But I think she is an exception to the norm! The hotel is perfectly located next to a fantastic beach and just 5 minuted walk from the shops and restaurants. Overall the children were very happy at this hotel (they are still singing the hotel's signiture song), and that's the most important thing for me, as this holiday was for them really. If you would prefer a more prestigious hotel then this may not be the place for you, but if you want a hotel with good food, fantastic children's entertainment and warm friendly staff then I would highly reccomend Lanzarote Princess."

The first question I asked was about the room (twin or double beds?). It was a twin. I asked if that could be changed, and it was that day without an issue. When I got to the room I found it very clean. There was a separate section where I had a sofa and TV, sliding doors leading to a patio area with chairs and two sun loungers. The only criticism I have is the safe in the room, and to be honest I haven’t travelled in Europe often; but having paid for “Premium Suites”. I would not expect to pay extra to keep your valuables safe. The adults only pool and bar area was very quiet. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and funny. The lunch was similar to pub food, but what I had was very nice. Evening dinner was in the adults only dining room. It was a buffet style restaurant with plenty of choice for fresh and pre-cooked food. There was a wait for the freshly cooked fish or meat, but that wasn’t an issue for me. I cannot comment on the evening entertainment as I did not attend any of the shows. The adults only bar was good. In the morning, breakfast was served in the adults only dining area; it was again a buffet style breakfast and with plenty of choice. The omelette/egg station was very popular, with chef Jose being the star of the show. Nothing was too much for him. This was also true of all the staff throughout my stay. "

We didn't use the dining at all as we found the options in the main buffet restaurant to have more choice for vegetarians. The main buffet restaurant had lots of choice. Breakfast was amazing! The additional heated pool was very nice however where it is located there are very few sunbeds that have access to shade. We sat around the main pool on a couple of days as we preferred the vibe there. The bar area had enough choice and a separate dining area for all-inclusive guests. This area did offer a bit of shade. We were entitled to one free spa day which was ok but we wouldn't have paid for another day. This is just personal choice. We did use the paddle courts which were great fun. Our room had a side sea view, tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar and lovely shower with separate toilet. Just note that the shower isn't in a separate room so there's not much privacy. It really is a beautiful room. Entertainment in the hotel was a bit hit and miss. We liked Champs bar and particularly Celeste, whose singing was amazing. Other nights were not so good. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and harbour. Do you need to pay for the adult only area? Probably not if outside school holidays - depends if you want the extra pool/dining area. We found the main facilities were just as good."

- "This was such a gem for a fantastic business stay! It’s tucked away in a quieter spot but easy 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle, restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. Had a great view of the pool on a large terrace, spotlessly clean and well appointed kitchen to make meals, and really comfortable space to open the patio doors for breeze that you didn’t need to turn on air conditioning. There was also buffet breakfast but I opted to make meals which was convenient with the on-site market which had competitive prices to the in-town shops. Next time would love to use all 3 pools, tennis court, and check out the happy hour. Also, really lovely staff who were always smiling and helpful. "

- "Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !" - "The apartment was well-distributed, the balcony was large, the cleaning personnel were friendly and service-minded. The parking was free and roofed, which was really nice. The surroundings were nice, close to Playa Blanca/Puerto Blanco, but the apartahotel is actually in Las Coloradas. All in all a very nice experience and comes highly recommended."
