- "This is the best holiday we have ever had! Usually it's so difficult to keep the kids entertained, but this time they wanted to spend all their time at the kids club. They ate dinner very quick so they could participate in the kids disco....a god send for us this was followed by an evening Disney movie whilst us adults had a night cap at the bar. We haven't been able to do that on any holiday ever! The evening activities completely wore the kids out, they went straight to sleep...and we enjoyed drinks on the balcony. This is probably the only hotel I would consider revisiting. The pool, the Spa, the room...brilliant. Just brilliant!!!!"

Staff could not be better, Food fantastic, great golf facilities " - "Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel has the potential to be an outstanding establishment, however on my visit it was not perceived as a 5-star hotel. I arrived on a Saturday, and the spa was not available. On Sunday the pool was closed for renovations - when I enquired I was told all guests were informed prior to their stay - regrettably I was not informed. The spa still not available. The food served in the breakfast room was not appetising at all, so I resorted to the fruit, however the watermelon was spoilt as well. Dinner was a good variety, however after the second and third day it became apparent that previous desserts were being rotated and dressed differently to appear as a 'new' variety. On Tuesday, the orange fruit at breakfast was once again spoilt, and I landed up being sick. Besides the above, the room service staff and a few other staff members were exceptional...pity about the facilities on site."

The town and the beach are quiet in that nobody bothers you.There are very few teenagers and no noisy clubs The hotel staff, as always, were excellent - particularly the dining room staff - the chefs and the waiters. The quality of the food is excellent. My only quibble is that they should change the menu in the fine dining restaurant occasionally.. It has been the same for the past three years."

- "Amazing view ☀️" - "A perfect place for a couple looking to unwind in a very quiet, serene atmosphere of the hotel. The adults-only hotel is right by the beach on a moderately high hill. The ramp and the steps leading to the beach are perfectly kept and surrounded by beautiful plants. We enjoyed daily long walks along the gorgeous golden sandy beaches. And one needs them as breakfast and dinner food were above our expectations (I found cold starters and dinner desserts especially delicious and creative). There was plenty of traditional, pescaterian and vegetarian/vegan choices to satisfy even a picky foodie. Our room was next to one of the beautiful courtyards and made our stay even more special. Hearing the birds chirping almost every time we walked through it was so relaxing. The outdoor pools are on two levels with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic ocean. I enjoyed swimming in one of them as it was heated. We had fantastic four nights at the hotel. A special thank you to all the catering staff of the hotel as they were very efficient. I will remember one of the waiters Hugo whose genuine smile and attitude were especially welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is worth visiting. "

We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice. We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great. The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too. Staff were bang on point, and proper looked after us whilst celebrating a special date for us too. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and the air-con did a great job keeping us cool. There were no towels in the room on arrival, but I went to the front desk after waiting a while for some to be brought to our room and the staff gave me a couple of pool towels to get us through until the towels arrived the next day with housekeeping. No big deal at all. One thing that was different to other hotels I've stayed in is that we had to pay to use the room safe. €3 Euro's a day, so €21 for the week. I only mention this so you know what to expect before booking or on arrival. Like I said at the beginning, we normally stay in the 5 star next door, but I will happily be returning here again when visiting Fuerteventura. If you need a good affordable place to eat nearby I cannot recommend the Fado Rock Steakhouse enough. It's a 10-15 minute walk away. I eat there every night I'm on the island. The Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort is a hotel I definitely recommend."

- "We stayed 3 night's and have a wonderful trip. The location is perfect for both the beaches and the towns restaurants. Bee opted for Bed and breakfast and the food was excellent. Always plenty of choice, food was hot, dining room staff were so friendly. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor tables and we didnt have to wait or queue for long at all. The poolside was clean with lots of sunbeds and shaded areas. The pool was clean and well looked after. The room we had (2259) was a superior room overlooking the pool with a small balcony with a bistro set to sit out at night. The room had good air conditioning and ceiling fan too. There was a small fridge, coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a big double and was very comfortable. There was a safe in the room which we paid to use and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom had a bath with shower over which was really powerful and the hotel supplied shower gel and hand wash. The room was checked daily and bed made. Towels changed once at our request. Beach towels are also supplied. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning soon in the future. We highly recommend it too. "
