- "Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the shower bathroom were great as well, but you could see that the carpet wasn’t as clean. The room was hot due to no in room controlled A/C. There was a note saying that the hotel was on “Heat” mode and that you cannot set to “Cool” and to contact reception for further assistance, which I thought they could manually set to cool, but without success.
