I got a great rate on a base room from hotels.com, but when I arrived, I got an upgrade to a Grand Deluxe River Suite, presumably because I was only staying one night. I had dinner at the Lobby restaurant, and the food was great and surprisingly not too overpriced. They had VOIP phones which allowed me to call back to the states as well as to my colleagues in China for free. They had satellite televisions that gave me access to about 7-8 channels in English. My only criticism was the breakfast service, which again was at the Lobby. I was immediately seated, but then had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to take my order. They were somewhat busy, but I think it was an issue where the hostess didn't hand off my table to a waiter. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are used to staying in Four Seasons, Ritz, Shangri-La, etc."
