You will have the opportunity to see more of the island than you think while riding. Make sure to have your camera out. The property offer tours (3 different options) - great prices! We chose to go on the tour. Great experience! The pool and jacuzzi area is quiet especially without kids ☺️. There is a convenience store right next door if you need anything. I had allergic reaction and there was a pharmacy next door. If you walk 30 seconds, there is a beach and food options. They serve food on site as well. Breakfast was excellent. There is regular food as well as Honduran food. It was sad to leave since we missed a day flying in with a delay but we are planning to go back one day."

- "My husband and I had a fantastic two nights stay at Blue Roatan Resort! We wish we could have stayed longer. The complimentary shuttle picked us up at the airport. When we arrived to Blue Roatan, we were greeted by Kenia and Gisele. Kenia gave us a tour and since we got there way before check-in time, they held our bags for us and we were able to explore the resort. It is very secluded, and therefore, so relaxing. There are a lot of different areas to sit and relax. We didn't even make it around to all of them during our stay. There was a complimentary sunset wine and cheese night that was lovely. The restaurant, Azul, is basically part of the resort and the staff there were amazing and accommodating. One night we wanted to relax in the hot tub and the restaurant staff served us our food/drinks right there. They made an effort to learn our names even though we were only there for 2 nights. We had a queen ocean view room and it was lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were SO soft. The chairs on our deck weren't the most comfortable to lounge in, but there were so many other areas that you could sit around the resort, that it wasn't a big deal. The beach area is decent. There are kayaks and lounge chairs. They can arrange for a water taxi down there to get to West End or West Bay. We had such a relaxing time at Blue Roatan. The personal attention, staff friendliness, comfort and seclusion made this the perfect place to stay on Roatan. "
