The hotel may need to work on providing a much better breakfast options since the hotel charges a hefty amount per night stays on average of $60 "

The handle on my door was so loose that I was locked out at one point. The staff seems bothered by everything you ask and the breakfast hours are unreasonable- the cook told me only until 8 am. I regret staying here and will not stay again. Giving two stars rather than one because the sheets were clean and fresh, the bed ample and comfortable, and the woman who cleans as well as cooks was trying her very best. I hope this place will make an effort to improve their property because the concept has potential."

My flight back to Medellin last minute got canceled and Luiz went out of his way to help me book a new flight and drove me to the plaza to have my flight ticket printed.
