I was offered to upgrade my room for ¥3000, and this room is spacious! If they offer you to upgrade at this price, just take it - you will not regret. Room is clean. Hotel provided me with disposable tooth brushes and tooth paste, disposable shaver blade and shaving cream, combs, cotton buds and cotton pad. Hotel staff are friendly. You can leave your luggage with them before your check in time. They will bring your luggage to your room once the room is available."

We and one other customer waited for a bit and called before a lady came out to the front desk to get us situated. When we checked out, again there was nobody there to take our room key card, so we just left it in the tray. There was plenty of parking when we went. There is plenty of food you can order extra, and there is a giant screen TV, a microwave, a fridge, and a small vending machine right in the room."

Overall: I would stay here again, on account of the fact that it is likely to be consistently cheaper than other options due to its location and basic nature. I really hope that the reception issue was a one-off for some reason or another. If reception is consistently like this, then I ultimately can't recommend staying here. If you're a foreign visitor who can't speak any Japanese, it would be a serious problem."
