I was offered to upgrade my room for ¥3000, and this room is spacious! If they offer you to upgrade at this price, just take it - you will not regret. Room is clean. Hotel provided me with disposable tooth brushes and tooth paste, disposable shaver blade and shaving cream, combs, cotton buds and cotton pad. Hotel staff are friendly. You can leave your luggage with them before your check in time. They will bring your luggage to your room once the room is available."

- "Great hub for dinning, shopping and near to Hakata station. " - "This is a motel, but it seems fine for families too. The room was very pretty and very spacious. The bed was king sized so plenty of room in it. The bathroom was fully stocked with nearly everything you might want. Everything looked pretty clean and stylish. The shower room was the real kicker though. It's huge and the bathtub was plenty roomy with jetbath nozzles everywhere. It also had a "Impressive bath" setting that made super small bubbles that kinda tingle. The one drawback was that you may have to shout a few times to get the front's attention. We and one other customer waited for a bit and called before a lady came out to the front desk to get us situated. When we checked out, again there was nobody there to take our room key card, so we just left it in the tray. There was plenty of parking when we went. There is plenty of food you can order extra, and there is a giant screen TV, a microwave, a fridge, and a small vending machine right in the room."

- "Excellent facilities and clean room. Walls seem to be thin in Japanese hotels as it’s a bit noisy at night. A long walk to train station but local eating places are good at budget prices." - "Other friends made the choice." - "Hotel is about 1.6 km. from the station, so perfectly walkable. Also not too far from a streetcar stop. Across from a university, if that's your destination. Nice and quiet. Very much a no-frills place, in case you are expecting anything in the way of amenities. Downside: receptionist was not there when I arrived. I had to call the property while stood in the lobby in order for her to come down and check me in. Keep in mind that I arrived during normal reception hours. Small additional gripe: this hotel has the most awkward and unwieldy room keys I've ever seen. They are attached to a ludicrously long holder that is unlikely to comfortably fit in anyone's pocket. Overall: I would stay here again, on account of the fact that it is likely to be consistently cheaper than other options due to its location and basic nature. I really hope that the reception issue was a one-off for some reason or another. If reception is consistently like this, then I ultimately can't recommend staying here. If you're a foreign visitor who can't speak any Japanese, it would be a serious problem."
