I had been trying all day and since I had been driving on the the “other” side of the road all day I think my anxiety kicked in and I didn’t press the button which meant I had to reverse down the ramp which was painful. For reference, everything other machine with a gate we pulled up to either automatically dispensed a ticket or there was a green button to dispense. Anyway, after reversing down the ramp and finding a temporary spot to park I “spoke” with the desk agent using Google translate. After quite a bit of back and forth it was evident that clicking the red button was the action which would dispense a ticket. *sigh*"
