- "We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. The beach was a short walk away. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It is a little secluded. So you will have to take a taxi when you need to do things outside of the resort. We will probably book Adult only resorts moving forward since it’s not a peaceful pool experience with all the screaming children. - "Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. Communication is done via messenger to reduce contact during Covid but they reply even at odd hours and take your requests. In general, the hygiene measures are at highest standard. The whole premise looks new and well maintained. Breakfast with our own personal waiter was served with on an outside terrace with a wonderful view on to the golf course. Overall it felt more like a big mansion rather than a hotel. It was a perfect choice for a stay near Phuket City and a base for our trips across the area. "

Walking distance to the beach and also several free shuttle busses every day, both to the beach and an area with lots a shops and restaurants (the also have a popular night market there every Friday) The service was good but not exceptional. The only mayor criticism I have is that the service was a bit slow at the restaurants. Food generally took at least 45 minutes even when there was not many people there and even if you ordered a basic dish."

The host is very good, we arrived in the early morning, it was early in the morning, the room was just empty, and we checked in at about 9am. The room is large with a balcony, everything is complete, about 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to Simon Cabaret, and went to Banza Seafood Market and Gunceylon. The location is good.
