- "This was a beautiful resort! Very kind staff. I love how they are eco friendly. One thing to note is that it is a FAMILY resort. We will probably book Adult only resorts moving forward since it’s not a peaceful pool experience with all the screaming children. It’s great if you have a family though and want to enjoy a beautiful pool and view with your kids. The adult only pool had no ocean view and was quite small. The manager was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A wide variety of food and beverage options. I highly recommend staying on the resort for your meals. We walked a mile down the road to an Italian restaurant and we wished would have eaten at the resort instead. All the staff went above and beyond! The sunrises were breathtaking! - "Tree house is an awesome place for couples. Having your own infinity pool, the view from room 408 was unbelievable. Thai food was great. The chef came out to our table multiple times to check on the food. He printed out recipes for us to bring back. Breakfast was very good, the mango was to so ripe and cut for you at breakfast. Our transportation was very complex. We were arriving after the ferry to the island stopped running. They arranged private transportation for us. They sat us down with the best welcome drink and were so incredibly friendly. Our villa was #8 which is up a steep hill, but they always took us by golf cart. So beautiful! It’s worth the money for the view and private pool. They arranged all excursions and took us to a beautiful restaurant on a hill with a 360 degree view. - "Pros: gorgeous complex in jungle setting close to the seas. Location is great - very good restaurants within walking distance (By the Sea and Bai Tong are both great). Delicious breakfasts with pancakes, fruit, cereal, eggs, yogurt or a Thai breakfast. Long pool to cool off or even swim. Room is large with enough storage space. AC, ceiling fan and dehumidifier worked well to keep room cool. Bedding was comfortable and you can request mattress toppers and different types of pillows. Bathroom area is "outside" - windows in shower and sink area are open. Toilet area is somewhat enclosed. The 2nd bedroom is opposite the sink area and is quite small so best for small children. There is a spa room with tub and lounge area beyond the main shower/toilet. Best of all was Suppasinj who made sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Cons: Pool table is located above bedroom (poor sound insulation when people are playing); TV satellite not working; some of the furniture is a little worn. "

- "We stayed 3 quiet nights in a bungalow. We liked the location but note that the location indicated on Expedia google maps is incorrect. The location is near Khao Pier on the east side of the island. One of the best restaurants ‘Sea Gypsy’ is located across the street. It is great value and serves the best breakfast lunch and dinner. Also across the street is Bubbles, a store that sells beer, wine and liquor at better prices than in the city centre shopping area. This is a great place to enjoy a laid back quiet stay. The staff at the hotel is helpful to arrange tours, bike rentals and taxis to and from the pier."
