- "Overall a great location and lots of places to eat. Right by the train station." - "It took us a while to find the hotel. Google maps weren't very helpful this time. We exited out from the west gate of Kawagoe Station, walked across the pedestrian bridge to U Place Shopping Mall and got stuck. What you need to do next is to look for 7-Eleven. Near there are four lifts that will take you up to level 7. The hotel reception is on level 7. We were very happy with our room. Very clean. The view was amazing! Totally unexpected. Our room was on the 11th floor. With air con settings and lighting control, this hotel is definitely the most technologically advanced for us. We felt spoilt! We had a twin room with 2 twin beds. We didn't expect the room to be this big! Separate toilet, wash basin and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub plus the traditional Japanese style bath (small stool and bucket). We even had separate bedside tables! The tea kettle is so cute! The buffet breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the hotel but still in the mall. It is called "in the park". Food is tasty and there were so many items to choose from! And the Christmas decorations were up! We really like this hotel so we felt bad that we only stayed one night here. Next time we visit Kawagoe again, we'll definitely stay more than one night."
