The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. The Lawson convenient store is next to the hotel, so if you need anything especially at night, you really do not have to wander far off. This hostel even has an elevator, and the receptionist was nice enough to allow me to check out at 3pm instead of 10am. You cannot beat the price either since most hotels are well over 7k-8k yen per night. The only downside was I use an American PC adapter and there is no wall plugs that fit. There is a Mcdonalds and bike rentals next to it (2 minute walk) where you can plug your 3-piece American adapters into; I found it while perusing."
