- "Cleanliness = 0, at least in the room we were assigned unfortunately. The shower curtain and bathtub were horrendously bad and completely neglected with huge amounts of black mold and junk. However, we were able to change rooms to a half decent one which if we got originally would have been no real problem. The hosts were kind and helpful, the food quite good, at least the a'la carte, don't expect luxury for breakfast. The views and location superb and great access to the beach. Overall, I am both so not recommending because of the big problems, and especially really false marketing of the shape of the rooms! Bad smells all around as well, mostly because of the big pack of cats living on the premises. "

She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The room came equipped with a few drinks in the mini fridge, razor kits, towels, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The resort was very quiet which was perfect. Pool was impeccable. Our lunch was spectacular. My only regret was not finding this gem earlier and staying longer. Will definitely come back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
