The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2016 with the aim of offering guests a pleasant, bright and functional environment.
The entrance and free internal parking are on the Via del Faro. The entrance leads to the house through a staircase in the garden, reserved exclusively for guests.
For this reason, we do not recommend renting to people with serious difficulty climbing stairs.

From the house on foot in 15 minutes you reach the historic center of San Felice Circeo. Also on foot from home there are numerous walking paths in the National Park.

The local turirtic port is the closer starting point to visit the Pontine Islands. In 30-60 minutes by car it is possible to reach interesting sites such as Gaeta, Sermoneta, Sperlonga. Golf courts are situated in the surroundings (40 minutes far, equipment and technical support available on request, additional cost).

Our dear hosts met us to explain all details about the house and the area and prepared for us welcome set (local fruits and homemade wine), that was very unexpected and pleasant. Few words about location and villa itself: the house is located between San Felice Circeo and Terracina, very quiet area with a lots of other houses and campings.The house is not big but it's very well equipped and has all necessary to feel yourself like home for me, my husband and our daughter. It was advantage that there was outside summer shower to wash out the beach sand. The kitchen was very comfortable to cook: pans, plates, glasses and cutlery was provided. Also we had plenty of towels and bed linen for change. As to the beach it was really about 150 meters away and it took us 2 minutes by walk to reach it. The beach was sandy and probably because of September it was a little bit littered and has no shower, but lots of African people that wanted to sell everything. Although they were not very importunate. The entrance to the sea was sloping and very comfortable for our child. I should say that Marco supplied us everything for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys for child, etc) so we had no need to worry about. On the evenings we used to prepare BBQ (the set was also provided by hosts) with fresh sea fish and sea food that is possible to buy in the nearest pescheria (fish market) that was situated in 2 km away. As to the entertainments they were few. We find a small park in SF Circeo with carousels on the first week but the next week it was already closed. To find good restaurants you should better visit SF Circeo or Terracina. There were couple of them nearby but we didn't visit them. For food you'd better visit hypermarkets Lidl or Coop in Terracina or MD on the way to Terracina. But if you want to buy just water and bread it is OK to visit SISA (local supermarket 5-7 minutes by walk on the left of the lane). But it seemed that the goods were more expensive there. The car is not only recommended, but I should say necessary. Thanks to it we managed to visit SF Circeo and its Faro,Sabaudia,Terracina,Sperlonga, Itri, Gaeta and many other things. To visit Rome we used train. I would recommend this place and this house to everyone who prefers to change lazy days to active travel during vacation."

From the very first minutes on, the sisters began telling us how awful the previous tenants were, that their kids left all over bonbon-paper and such litter, and please our kids should not do that (our "kids" are 14, 20, 24 years old:-)). As they were introducing the home to us, they were telling we had to dine at the behind yard of the home. It's an ugly and a dark place, looking at to walls and litter boxes. The wonderful front-terrace in front of the home with sea-view was forbidden to eat and dine, because it could get ..."dirty" ! Then, one day our younger boy was playing with a soft beach-ball on the terrace. From their appartment above they warned us not to do that, because the terrace could get damaged(!) and ..."dirty"! The magnificent 80 sqm panoramic terrace makes our house unique and precious. You'll be able to enjoy the view also from the veranda, which can be used as dining room. A part from the terrace, which is composed also by other small parts, the house is surrounded by the Natural Park of San Felice Circeo. The veranda is furnished with a big wooden table, many upholstered chairs and armchairs, a single sofa/bed and a cupboard with cups and plates. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and furnished with bedside tables, a big closet two small desks and upholstered chairs. The other room has a confy sofabed and a smaller closet. Both rooms have access to their own bathroom, one of them has a shower and a washing machine while the other one has a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, big fridge and refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, pots, cooking tools, dishes and plates, a cooking machine with beater and mixer, etc...
Guests will have access to the whole house.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The location, a residential area surrounded by nature yet very close to the historical center of San Felice Circeo, makes it easy to reach any facility: food shops, pharmacies, the tourist information center but also nice shops, cozy restaurants and pubs. You can get there by public transportation, by car or walking.
ABOUT THE AREA:
There are many ways to reach the beach: you can choose to take a 20 min walk through the town, go by bus or have an adventurous hike down the ancient Saracen path carved between the rocks (which is unfortunately close to the public this year because of maintenance works). You may also like the rocky beach by the deeper sea, which is just a 15 min walk away.

There is free Wi-Fi connection in the house available for our guests. At the moment there is no air conditioning (but there is no need for it). For some gsm operators you may experience a reduced signal level in the house due to its position behind the mountain and the scarcity of inhabitants in the area.
