- "My fiancée and I had a lovely stay at this hotel in mid-late sept. The staff are professional and friendly and the hotel is nice with a great pool. We were upgraded to a family room which was huge, very clean and had a massive balcony. The hotel, pool and room were kept immensely clean all week. There are spa facilities there but we didn't get around to using them as the nearby beautiful beaches are to much of a draw. Breakfast was included and was tasty with the usual continental plus scrambled egg and bacon. Maybe during the week a different type of egg or pancakes would be nice but that's just a small thing, it was fine. Shuttle bus from the hotel to La Cinta beach is very useful. The walk to town is 10 mins and more like 20 to the beach. We hired a car so we could drive 15 mins to some further stunning beaches. Was a good idea and cheaper than the transfer! Only gripe at the hotel was poor wifi but your on holiday afterall!!"

The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door (more of an inconvenience for others rather then us). Though have no idea on running a hotel, loud in the corridors on the middle of the night with the mobiles ringing on full volume and talking outside your door… check out was at 10 and already at 7am banging on the door 3 times to ask if we’re out… Let’s now start with check in! They tie a wrist band to you like you’re at a theme park? I mean what in the world, a clipped on wrist band that’s very hard to remove. Sorry guys but I’m not at Disney world. Now the room…oh what a delight. Very loud wooden clattering noises through the night and showers dropping. Toilet seats chipped and brown, floor broken with spilled paint on it. A weird ac unit that is centrally controlled cause who wouldn’t want to control their own temperature? lol I have a video for anyone who would love to hear what it sounds like through the night Oh and don’t forget the loud metal trolleys being pushed around through the night and keys rattling whilst staff chat away loudly. I would love to award this place a 0 stars as personally if I was a hotel authority of any sort, I would be closing it down! "
