Villa Lu Impostu is a private villa with swimming pool which comfortably accommodates 10 people (max 16). The villa is 800 meters away from the nearest beach ("Lu Impostu" beach, more than 1km of length, also reachable on foot), and 1,5 km far from Puntaldia village that offers a lot of services (among which golf, tennis, swimming pool, supermarket, tobacconist, cafe, photo service etc.) and whose beach "La Cinta" with its 2km of dunes of white sand connects Puntaldia to San Teodoro village (4km far from the villa, straight down on the "Orientale Sarda" road).

Guests of the villa can use the shared swimming pool present in the village.

The sinuous lines of the interior are combined with luxury furniture designed to offer an unforgettable experience for the guest. Villa Sol Diesis is arranged on two floors, the large windows and monochromatic walls make the living area a bright and pleasant space, where music lovers will be delighted with the magnificent Piano Royale. The first level consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen.
In the second level there are two double bedrooms both sea view, one with en-suite bathroom and shower with chromotherapy, the sleeping area includes another bathroom and laundry. Villa Sol Diesis with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.

Electricity costs must be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption; it will be applied the rate per kwh present at the time of your stay.

NOTE: we would like to inform our guests that there is a room service once a week on Wednesday; mandatory and included in the price.

The gardener will carry out the maintenance (mandatory) of the garden once a week.
