- "We didn’t want to leave at the end of our week. The beautiful new pool is the highlight, plus a big verandah for yoga, reading and sunbathing and exotic fruits on tap all around. The accommodation itself is basic and could do with refreshing, but we had everything we needed and spent most of our time outside. We visited in May which is off-season, and without a car. Lido di Noto itself was disappointing - nothing open or to do, but we walked to the much nicer next beach south and along the coastal path. How else to symbolize this construction carried out in 2017 and decorated by two French people who have a passion for chips and decoration. They hunted and bought at auction for many years all the furniture and objects of this house. They have successfully combined modernity and comfort with furniture from different periods.

The four bedrooms and the huge living room overlook the infinity pool and the nearby sea. A 176 m2 roof terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the four-hectare property and allows you to admire the sunrises and sunsets and sunsets, breathtaking 360-degree landscapes, from the Lido di Noto to the nature reserve of Vendicari where many wild beaches follow one another.

Sitting on a long sofa in the living room, three large openings of twelve meters, offer a real cinematographic spectacle over the Sicilian countryside to the sea. The cicadas and the crickets play a melody of which one never tires, interrupted from time to time by the neighing of a donkey.

The 11 meter by 4.50 meter swimming pool surrounded by sun beds invites relaxation from morning to night.

Here it is absolute silence on a land populated by a hundred almond trees, three hundred olive trees, some of which are 100 years old, one hundred cypresses, two hundred red, pink and white laurels, hedges of lavender and rosemary, yukas, palm trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, which overlooks a green valley of almond trees without anything coming to alter this landscape.

Fresh oranges from the hosts for daily juicing a real highlight!" - "This was a family vacation bringing along a newborn 6 months of age. We had hoped to spend quite a bit of time at the beautiful villa hosted by Stephane and Jean but the weather was not cooperating. Instead we took day trips which were wonderful and had amazing meals. Our host Stephane made us a beautiful welcoming meal and brought us fresh croissant and brioche the next morning from a local Noto bakery. Overall, I would highly recommend the villa and hope that other guests have warmer, sunnier weather so the grounds could be utilized. Stephane and Jean were wonderful hosts!"
