The villa is located in an area called Villaggio San'Agata, a fishing village transformed into a residential area due to its proximity to the university and the Papardo hospital. The access road of the villa connects directly with the village square. A few steps on foot there are groceries, bars, churches, post offices, tobacconists and all useful activities and of course the sea.
In the town square there is a bus stop that takes you to the tip of Sicily in a few minutes, to the large sandy beach where the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea join, under the famous pylon of Capo Peloro. With public messengers you can easily reach, in the opposite direction, the Regional Museum, which houses masterpieces by Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina etc, and the city center.

- "The view was beautiful. The house needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. We were told there was air conditioning. Only three separate units which when turned on the circuit breaker would break and no electricity throughout the house. Only two at a time could be turned on. It was very hot. One of the bathrooms had a very awful smell. We couldn't use it so we were six people to one bathroom without air. The kitchen cabinets smelled of old mildew and pots pans and dishes smelled the same. We were told she would have wifi installed by end of June. She told us the installers were all booked. We found out the whole area didn't have wifi. She finally got us a hot spot which only lasted two days. ( four children using I pads). The Pool smelled of petroleum (not chlorine) which came from the pellets used. A lot of paint peeling off the walls outside. VRBO should have people inspecting homes before listing I must say that the owner was very helpful and tried solving all those issues. However the house is old and needs a lot of upgrading which needs to be done before renting again "

The Acqua studio is characterized by a four-poster bed in natural wood, with anti-mosquito glaze, a complete "foldaway" kitchen because it is integrated in a suspended cabinet with lid to hide it when not in use. The newly restored villa has retained its style and antique elements such as flooring and fixtures by bringing them to technological elements for maximum comfort. Interior and exterior lighting are among the finest design brands, as are modern furnishings that are tied to restored antique furniture.
The apartment is part of a group of 3 lodgings from the rooms of an old restored villa. Each accommodation has access and an independent bathroom and a portion of the exclusive garden. This apartment in particular has a terrace equipped with gazebo and table that can seat up to 12 people. In detail, the living room is furnished with a feature wood or pellet thermostat, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sofa bed in front. On a wall there is the kitchen equipped with induction floor to avoid free flames. In the center of the room, the antique table still dominates for almost a century. In the bathroom we chose to look at the look of the fire, modern shutters and a black granite washbasin. The mirror was made from the original chestnut wood window while the washbasin top is in the olive grove of our garden. For the Aria bedroom, the design (all of the design) has been chosen with great care to make the atmosphere light and ethereal: the double bed suspended and lit down, theme wallpaper on the front wall, bedside tables, desk and bench rests on transparent suitcases, central chandelier with small fan blades. Air conditioner, TV, skylight heating system complete the "modern" choices in conjunction with the original floor and the antique dark wood furniture with mirror.
